All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke fluent English. The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we had lots of ants in our room. The pool was nice and we had a walk out room which was wonderful. The on site restaurant was amazing with a large delicious breakfast buffet. The bar and lunch/dinner menus were great too. A short walk to the bus, the beach, Ushuaia, and a zillion shops and restaurants.

Amazing location in Playa D’en Bossa, a few minutes walk from the main “strip” and only 10(ish) minutes walk to clubs like Hi and Ushuaia Quiet hotel, great facilities and friendly staff Shower room also available if you’re getting a late flight and want to freshen up

The hotel is in a good location. The WiFi works great and the room is big. But it definitely lacks comfort. The bed very stiff. Pillows were bad. While staff is friendly, there’s definitely a lack of service. Such no valet service to take your bags and send them to your room. If you are looking for that type hotel, book a different one. If you want a big room and just a place to sleep, then this fits the bill. The pool are is ok. The wooden deck is old and personally think it could be upgraded. Pool is rather small for how big the pool area is. This hotel can be a great value when it’s off season or less busy season. When it’s peak season, for the price they charge per night, I suggest spending more to get full service luxury hotel.

The location of the property is amazing if you’re going to the major well known clubs in Ibiza. I love the apartment as the space is very generous with the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped and love the extra bed in the lounge area. Overall the room and facilities are clean. Unfortunately there is no hard pillow, hair conditioner and the curtain is not enough to blackout the room so it is very hard if you want to sleep during the day. The sound proof is also very poor as you can hear the people walking through the corridor and the pool music.

Fantastic stay, well equipped apartment much better than just having a hotel room! The pool area had plenty loungers even at peak season, the food was great from the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great apartment spacious & spotlessly clean. My nine & ten yr old children loved the pool and the cabana style beds for a bit of respite from the sunshine. Breakfast was all you need really, Clean and modernish looking in communal places . Friendly, polite & welcoming staff. Easy access to all shops & beautiful beach. Alas didn’t go for the night life so can’t say much about clubs!

This is my 3rd solo trip and I would not stay anywhere else. The reception staff are exceptional and made me feel home from home.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and in good condition.

Pros: Check in was fine, staff are helpful with calling restaurants to make a booking. Close to the beach, restaurants, clubs. Apartments are equipped to cook and roomy for 4. Cons: WiFi connection is abysmal and needs fixing. Air-Con does not work. It blows hot air only even when changing it to cool air. Directly under the flight path, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Pool is only open from 11am-6pm.

The hotel had an ordor which I did not like. Also the AC was so loud. Will not stay here again.

Great stay and very nice welcoming hotel in Ibiza area where other hotels have arrogant staff and nonsense rules which ruin your stay. Thank you Ebano for a nice stay.

Staying here at Ebano was amazing! We were here for a week and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops/clubs 10/10 highly recommend Vincent and Luis are amazing as well :)

Receptionists were all very nice and the apartment was clean and nice.

Great rooms and excellently helpful staff. Food isn't great but fine for the price and convenience. 10min walk to Ushuaia and HI. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. I’m so glad I found it. It was a massive room with a separate bedroom, basically an apartment. High quality accommodations at an affordable price. The staff were incredibly kind, and were extremely understanding about my flight being delayed a day.
