Hotel is in a great location in the town! Staff was great and took care of all of our needs - accommodated a late check out and set us up with a place to work in the bar after check out. Their breakfast in the morning was perfect before going out for a hike.

They could have had a coffee machine available for all guests

El servicio fue excelente. No obstante, las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade urgente. La primera habitación no tenía acondicionador de aire, solo un abanico de techo que sonaba bastante, además tenía dos camas en lugar de una king. Hicimos un upgrade a una habitación con aire, por el cual tuvimos que pagar. Ambas consolas de aire se dañaron en nuestra estadía, una (la de la sala) en la primera noche y la otra dejó de enfriar. Ninguna habitación cuenta In televisores inteligentes, por lo que nunca pudimos disfrutar una sola noche de Netflix, como acostumbramos antes de dormir. El desayuno variado y bueno, el personal atento y servicial. Incluso dejamos los pasaportes y dinero en la caja fuerte y nos contactaron para recogerlo. Excelente seguridad y compromiso con el huésped.

Rooms were a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, breakfast abundant, and the restaurant served delicious food. Hotel within walking distance of several major attractions. Immediate surroundings are rundown but the hotel’s central location make it worthwhile.

Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again.

Despite all the hotel's positives (very helpful staff, clean rooms, relatively good breakfast, garage, swimming pool, sauna, spa, bar and restaurant…) the occasional, long-lasting and rather annoying noise of the heating system unfortunately spoiled my overall impression of the hotel.

Nice room, excellent and thoughtful service, broad range of facilities and great value for money

I liked the location of the hotel. We were two people, the only bed in the room was small. The finishing of the room structure is noticeable. Doors that the light filter, the floor was not even, the lock set in the door bathroom broke, the locksmith didn't take the whole part out for safety and for the use of the bathroom. The didn't offered a room change. We have to stay without lock and being careful not to close the door. Well, I don't want to be complaining for all of these but I didn't expect the condition in the room to be less for what I paid.
