We checked in late but Paolla, evening guest services, made us feel right at home, providing polite and thorough answers to any question we had. She greeted us with a smile. Thank You 🙏😊

I got changed twice!!! I paid with Expedia and I got to my hotel late they made me pay again saying I didn’t pay. Over all terrible experience would not go again plus there were bugs everywhere in the room.

Hotel workers are great, but the room is really basic and not really appealing. Only stayed for a night and was ok, but I don't think this is the type of hotel you'd book for a long vacation.

No parking

The whole area was convient, walking distance to everything. Dinning, stores, transit, malls, etc. I'm planning on going back to the same hotel(ibis) next year!!!

Basic hotel as noted on Hotels.com Rooms are basic but clean. Location is central and close walk to the metro. Area at night is okay, just need to be vigilante if walking around as there are people sleeping on the streets and nearby Hotel shower head from the ceiling could be better. Service was great, however English was not spoken, hence needed to speak Spanish. Overall service was friendly and efficient. Just be careful as there's poverty and beggars living within 30 yard proximity of the hotel entrance Our stay was for only one night

I do not recommend this hotel, I had trouble on the check in with payment confirmation, once in the room it looks old and not up to IBIS standard, the area is really trashy and there is no parking, and when there is the street guys wants to overcharge you. Pick another hotel.

Room and location was just what we required. Service was good and the staff were very helpful.

The hostel was good. Had a single private room. The below is a review for the check-in process which was bad. Not entirely their fault but things could've been better. When I checked-in, the entire city was on a blackout so the checkin was in a mess. I had to wait for office for about an hour to run through paperwork to checkin many people before me. Finally the checked me in but with keys (since they couldn't program them). I can enter the room but no lights and no AC. I had to come down at night to get a key when electricity came back.

Location is good nearby metro station for city visit

Good Breakfast variety of foods and fruits. They served buffet lunch every weekday,they're ok.

Good location, close to downtown and Santos Dummond airport. The room needs some maintenance, nothing big, but there are some details that make you feel that. Restaurant charges cannot added to the bill.

The hotel itself is a budget hotel, and does not have fancy amenities. However, my room was clean, comfortable, had a good work space and solid WiFi. I found it to be reasonably quiet during the week, a little more boistrous on the weekends. The location is fantastic for anyone staying in the Center. The refrigerator comes empty so you can put what you want in it. The buffet in the restaurant was simple comfort food and tasty (salads, vegetables, beans, rice, soup, bread), with reasonably good options for a vegetarian, and meat and fish options cooked to order. I was happy to eat there several times during my week-long stay. The best part was the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone without fail was friendly, courteous, welcoming, and knew my name. And the room rate didn't break the bank. I will definitely reserve there again when I go back.
