The location is unbeatable—right on Avenida Paulista and directly across from the Consolação Metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore São Paulo. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and local Brazilian specialties. The overall quality of the food exceeded my expectations. What really sets this hotel apart is the combination of comfort, service, and convenience. Whether you're visiting São Paulo for business or leisure, the Meliá Paulista is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience in the heart of the city.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the hotel restaurant was awesome. I will definitely stay here again. In addition to being a great hotel it was also perfectly situated making it very easy to explore the city.

Hotel muito bom, mas preciso ressaltar a qualidade do atendimento dos recepcionistas. Frequento hotéis com frequência e o atendimento da staff é excepcional, se mostraram extremamente empáticos com uma demanda e conseguimos chegar a uma solução boa para ambos os lados. O café da manhã é bem farto, o quarto é super confortável, chuveiro excelente e cama muito boa.

Very nice hotel and perfect location!

We have been staying at Melia Paulista for years, and everything has been perfect. This time was no different. The staff could accomodate a last minute change in the reservation, service was efficient and warm, the bar and the restaurant kept its high standard... we cannot recomend it more for whoever plans a business or leisure stay in Sao Paulo.

Hotel was very good, clean, and well maintained. Staff was excellent. Food is good too. Location is nice.

I didn’t use the spa but my roommate did and he enjoyed his services completely!

Great hotel, centrally located

The hotel has a convenient location and its staff provides excellent service. The gym equipment is old and none of the machines and equipment work. Good option in Paulista but a pricey one.

It is okay, lobby and gym not as showing in pics or website, but decent. Do it expect what you see, it is a bit over priced. But great location.
