Have stayed here a few times and always clean, staff helpful

Booking not on the system, resolved after a while. Room was ok but over whelming mouldy smell. Patch of mould and damp carpet in the room. Breakfast toast and cereals were ok cooked wasn't the best

STAFF POLITE AND HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKFAST, HOT AND GOOD CHOICE OF FOOD EVENING MEAL HOT AND TASTFUL FIRE ALARM SOUNDED AT 3AM AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO RESPONDED...VERY HELPFUL STAFF WHO SAID IT WAS A FALSE ALARM.

Basic and simple hotel, could do with some maintenance work and staff should clean above eye level (there are lots of cobwebs).

Air con great. Breakfast very good. Ideal spot for tourng area.

Very poor experience. We were first given a key to an occupied room, then moved to a room that smelled strongly of wet dog. Staff admitted the hotel was overbooked and they were relying on no-shows. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation.

Staff difficult, bathroom smells of damp, both usb charging points next to the beds broken but no plug alternative next to the bed either

Breakfast was a shambles, food ran out by 8:30am and no clean plates, cups and cutlery were available. Only one member of staff working in the dining room. Will not be going to this hotel again.

Very busy in breakfast room, so bread needed refilling and no butter available. Staff were doing their best.

Rooms appeared clean enough but bathrooms extremely tired and shower tray and sink etc well overdue for replacing. Very old and marked. Remote control didnt work which is probably just replacement battery required.

It was easy to find and well set back from the road so little noise.

Room was basic but fine, breakfast was poor - a small selection and not well replenished. I really don’t need housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:30am on a Sunday, which was pointless anyway on the day when I’m checking out.

Given wrong room number on check-in but key cards for the room we were supposed to be in. At dinner, provided with out of date menu so meals ordered were not available and had to select something else. One staff member advised cocktails available but they didn't know how to make them. Other staff member advised cocktails not available. Ordered dessert (the first people in the dining room at dinner to do so) and after 45 minutes were advised that what we had selected had "run out" and was therefore not available.

Reception desk not always manned. Breakfast superb

The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good. Happy customer.
