Staff at reception in morning time not so friendly.

My first time here was very ok. But the last time I was in, I was really disappointed. I have a lot of luggage, but the attitude of the staff is very disdainful to the guests, and does not use a stroller to assist. The attitude of a staff member is very bad. The room was air-conditioned and the receptionist was very nice, but when the staff checked in, the staff lost all sympathy 🙂

- bad staff attitude (way of protecting talking to customers is not acceptable). - car parking is not for guests but only for employees, there is no hotel that forces guests to search for parking spaces, hotels to serve customers, not employees but parking only for employees who are not allowed to park overnight - Just walked in and pulled 2 big suitcases, but the staff stood looking, so that the guests could find the room by themselves without any staff to show them the room, which direction ... Feel any comfort. - first time booking this hotel as well as last time. Too bad of everything. Bad serviced.

Service is good, however the air conditioner on room 704 sometime noisy and leak

In front of the hotel have a bar that really noisy. And I’m asking for no smoking room, still can smell it. And the worst is I left my speaker and when I back they say couldn’t find it

Small room, expensive price. Bad view.

Bad service, reception and behaviour.
