Room was very clean, serviced every day, the staff was very nice and polite, the food was very good.

Everything was excellent.

I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

The hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!

Great location and comfortable …short on sockets in room near the bed… wifi was very poor and frustrating

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I had a pleasant stay. The room was big and clean - the service was great. The location was amazing as it was in walking distance to all the shops. I would definitely recommend and stay there again in my next trip to Andorra.

Great location, amazing buffet breakfast and lobby bar. On the down side, elevators are small and parking is 20 euros each night. Confy beds, clean room and nice bath with plenty of hot water.

Everything is good except the bathroom is not very clean. We saw some dirty stains at the hanger in the bathroom.

This was not a four star hotel but more like a two or three star. The property is old and shabby once you leave the main reception area. The rooms are very small and we had difficulty with the air conditioning. The staff are helpful though. The breakfast was poor and not worth the money. There was almost no fresh fruit and a very poor choice of cereals and limited hot food.

We booked hotel on short notice as we were not planning to stay the night in Andorra I was gladly surprised to find this nice hotel at a very very affordable price. The front desk clerk was polite and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located very closed to great shopping, restaurants and parking lots.

Very close to shopping and food. Rooms were large and comfortable. Overall a good experience for me and my family.
