Excellent and attentive staff when we arrived and departed - very helpful. Very clean hotel and well-appointed with very good breakfast. Had everything we needed. Rooms were rather warm without air conditioning, but did have a fan. Overall a very good family stay.

A nice basic hotel, great for a night or two. It is far from the airport and central tourist area however, the cost of a Uber back and forth pretty much equalled staying somewhere closer. Great staff thank you for accommodating us with our request to store our medication! There was record high temps when we went, no air conditioning and just a small fan, the windows barely opened, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it doesn’t usually get that hot but if there could be a way to improve ventilation that would help (windows open more). Thank you I would stay again!

Nice and comfy.

Great location to stay the night before flying out. It has plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet was very good and continuously restocked.

My family wanted to spend one more night exploring Copenhagen and this was the closest and reasonably priced hotel that had a brand name I recognized. It was perfect for what we needed. It was within 30 minutes of Copenhagen and within 10 minutes of various food choices the family was interested in. Outside of the need of paying for breakfast, the options were great, and everyone was happy with their selection of juices and pastries.

Front desk staff was extremely ( Jakob) helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is the best I have had for self serve breakfast! Very good! My only complaint is that the rooms get very warm in the summer making sleep difficult. The window only opens a little, a small fan was provided but be prepared to sleep without anything covering you so you can stay coolish. It is not an uncommon situation in Europe, especially Scandinavia, for no AC to be provided but most countries will allow windows to open all the way. The hotel needs air conditioning or better airflow.

Had to change the room because it wasn’t clean. Chair broken while my boyfriend was sitting on it. Heat was barely working in the room.

the restroom smells bad. the bed is not comfortable. close to bus stop.

We were not notified through orbitz that check in hours end at 10pm. We had issues with our Orbitz confirmation number. Had to call different numbers to have it resolved. We had a family room is very small, hard sleep 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids). Not sure if I would come back here again.

Perfect for what we needed, comfortable and clean.

This hotel looks fairly new. Rooms are very good sized and in good condition. I just can’t give a five to any hotel that doesn’t allow you to control your temperature. I’m aware that very few hotels in this country have AC but I consider full temp control a minimum standard for a five star review.
