We had a lovely stay at Climia 2sleep Apartments in Benidorm and would definitely come back! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and were very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the luggage room at reception, where you can leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. There is also a shower and changing area, which is perfect if you have a late flight and want to enjoy the beach a little longer. The apartment has a small but very well-equipped kitchen, which is great if you want to cook. A couple of small suggestions: guests are asked to leave the apartment clean, which is perfectly reasonable, but there were no rubbish bags provided. It would be helpful to have a few available. Also, having basic essentials such as salt would be a nice touch. Two drawers, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, were already broken, and the drying rack on the balcony was damaged. We understand the 24-hour reporting rule, but we think apartments should be checked before each new guest arrives, as some issues may not be noticed or used during a stay. Finally, perhaps guests travelling with pets could be reminded to keep noise down at night. A dog barking around midnight on our first night was quite disruptive. Apart from these small points, everything was fantastic. Great location, very close to the beach, lovely staff !

Friendly staff clean room very central location for old town

We wanted a place that was walking distance to the beach, and this was perfect. We were a big family group with kids, the place was located in a very busy area. We had a great time, the kids loved the place and atmosphere but if you like a more relaxed and peaceful place, you might not have a good time. In our experience, we did had a great time walking around the beach, with tons of options to eat delicious food, bars, and shops. You will be walking distance to Balcon del Mediterraneo which is a MUST when visiting Benidorm. If you’re driving, keep in mind that the place is in the middle of a non transit area. We had no idea until we were trying to get there. We immediately call the property and they were very friendly offering guidance and giving us options on how and where to park. But you can literally walk everywhere. Is also close to Mercadona supermarket, you can buy and prepare your own food or have tapas in your room. We had one with Balcony, mini fridge, mini stove, and all the kitchen essentials. We would love to go back soon.

Modern clean and the perfect location

The apartment met all expectations. What surpassed expectations was the staff! Andres and Javier in reception are both incredibly nice human beings who went above beyond (helping with luggage, walking me to the unit, getting maintenance late in the evening to repair the a/c.) Even the 2 maintenance men were personable and competent. Add the lending library in the lobby and I won't stay anywhere else in Benidorm!

We arrived 1am in morning checked in went to our room got into bed there was a very loud buzzing noise coming from electrical distribution box we thought to late to do anything. We had fallen a sleep and phone rings so got out of bed and answered it. It was man from reception to say he had forgot to take payment I explained I had already paid through Hotel.com he said no I must pay in the end I put the phone down on him and got into bed, buzzing noise still going. Just about fell asleep knock on door it was the man from reception saying I must go down and pay or he would call the police. I said I had paid he was not having said I would sort with reception in the morning no said now or police would be called. So went down this was now nearly 2am only to find I had paid very annoyed told him about the noise he said he would report it. He did offer a new room but we had been travelling all day and it’s was 2am my wife undressed and in bed I declined. Complained in the morning to reception about it all and they apologised said sorry the man was on training. Said about noise and that we had very little sleep but refused any type of compensation for the issues. I suggest anyone staying at this place NOT TO STAY

Really nice staff and great customer service

Very friendly and very helpfull staff. room was very nice. nice roof top. I found it abig advantage being able to leave our cases till we went home as we wasn't leaving till 8 in the night. Also the refreshing room were you can have ashower and get changed. Thank you

Was clean and comfortable, was in the annex, beware of a flight of stairs if your not very mobile.

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money
