The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s amenities and location were excellent.

Room was ok, a bit outdated. The hottub was great but a bit cramped when there are more then 10 poeple are using it.

Got in 4 hours early

I had an excellent stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the attached restaurant was a major disappointment. It took nearly two hours to get my steak fajitas, and when they finally arrived, they were burnt. The place wasn’t even busy—lots of open tables—so the delay and quality were surprising. Great hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

Room is too small for 2 double beds . Staffs at the restaurant are very friendly.

The room was very clean. Set up was great for a family - we loved having the living area and the beds separate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close enough to downtown to walk, but with a bus stop right out front it was nice to have the option to ride as well, much easier with 3 kids in tow. The hot tub and sauna was a highlight as well!

The room was very clean staff were good. The hot tub was not appealing with the water not looking good. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel.

The room was a bit tight for 4 people and not as comfortable as we had hoped. When we arrived, the room was still unavailable, and we would have appreciated a more accommodating experience at the front desk. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes of helping improve future stays.

The room was a little bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous. Not being early risers for skiing, i found the room cleaning service a little early!(6:30am)

The room was extremely small. When I booked, I tried to choose a bigger room, but the website showed an “error”. Anyways, their

everything was amazing

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Elevator didn't work, which was unfortunate having to carry luggage to and from 3rd floor. Hot tub area is nice, however, was locked when we arrived even though the sign on the doors indicated it would be open. Had to take stairs to lobby in my swimsuit to get them to open it. The cold shower is no longer functional, which makes it hard to stay longer than 15 minutes.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, tv was from early 2000’s, way overpriced for what was in our rooms.

The Fox is our favorite property to stay at in Banff. The staff are attentive and professional, and the hot tub is a must visit.
