Very bad experience.. all staff were horrible except the cleaner Mona was really nice and helpful..toilet smell disgusting..food very bad..mess every where..never be there again

Old style hotel Some rooms better, some worse. Staff not very dedicated to the job. We asked few times about mini fridge, they promised to bring, but it never happened. AC very mouldy, black. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses. Only lady waitress so nice and polite Swimming pools nice, snacks nice. Cleaning lady very nice

The hotel was filthy. All the sheets and towels were stained. Not sure if they were washed properly. There were cockroaches all over the hotel. The elevator was broken. The phone in the room was disconnected and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms 3 times and we had to pay the maid to clean the room. There were not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas at the pool. We had to pay extra to get chairs. We had such a bad experience that my wife had multiple panic attacks.

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back.

staff in this hotel are lovely can’t do enough for you especially when it was my sons 5th birthday and they came to our table with small cake singing happy birthday.. the food was always the same should be more variety especially for young kids. We stayed next door two years ago there Menu was better I thought than this years ice cream would be nice to Be served at dinner sometimes too not Only at the pool bars. Hopefully if we visit again there is some other changes made ☺️

This was my fourth time staying there and each time it gets better. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Best part of my morning was the water aerobics.

Everything was good

The staff were all lovely but we had cockroaches in the bathroom, the food was the same everyday some days they had events it was overcrowded and nowhere to sit at lunch. The wifi was scetchy. I had to ask for shower gel as it wasn't replenished but beds were comfy. Limited drinks

Séjour très bien, le personnel est très sympa. Sauf, les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas changés régulièrement, il y 'avait des cafards dans la salle de bain.

L’hôtel ne respect pas les réservations all inclusive, full board ! Il vous oblige à payer d’extra pour consommer de l’alcool si on u réserves moins de tous jours ! Cuisine avec deux choix pour ke dîner et presque zéro choix pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre vieille avec des cafardas !
