Very professional staff

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff corteous and helpful. The fitness room and the courtesy bus to the airport were a welcome bonus

Staff were supreb, the room was clean, tidy. The hotel was perfect foe my short visit to Cork.

In the hotel, everything was good. My one complaint is about accessibility. Though the hotel is a short distance from the airport terminal, there no signposts or directions from there to the hotel, or from the hotel to the terminal. The area around the hotel is a business park, a confusing labyrinth of streets and buildings, with no direction signs. If there’s a shuttle between the hotel and the airport terminal, there’s no sign.

Brilliant stay

Close to the airport (you can walk). Easy check in. Nice restaurant. Room spacious and comfortable. Shuttle service back to airport. A lovely touch was pasties and coffee available while waiting for shuttle.

Breakfast was a buffet but there was plenty of options. Facilities were good and the cleanliness was as excellent. I would recommend.
