Hotel is in a good location and nice rooftop view. We placed a sign to have room maintained but when we returned later in the day the sign was placed back in its folder and never had room service done to it.

All of the staff were excellent, always smiling and friendly. We arrived before the check-in time but were checked in early with no issue; a pleasant surprise. My friend’s phone charger broke during our stay and the receptionist went out of his way to find one for her. Very nice hotel, decor is lovely as are the facilities. Room was clean with plenty of natural light, spacious too being one of the biggest standard hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room was serviced every day. Only change is a bottle of water would’ve been welcomed. The breakfast that was included was nice and varied. Hot and cold selections with the typical savoury and sweet options such as eggs, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, vegetables even crepes. But some more unexpected items like grilled courgette and peppers, prawns, smoked salmon and sun-dried tomatoes. My only small complaint was the hot food could’ve been hotter. It was in a good location, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance from the hotel. It was a 10-15 minute easy walk into the old town, alternatively lots of buses and an Uber journey into town averaged €5.

What a fantastic experience here. I was delayed in my flight by a whole day and my teenagers arrived before me. Kristina arranged transportation for my children and then me the next day. I really appreciated her help in a stressful situation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool. Thank you so much for taking care of us Kristina!

My luggage was lost and the staff were incredibly helpful to me while trying to get it delivered. The afternoon staff in particular at the front desk were amazing. Breakfast was nice, reasonable selection for the size of the hotel. There is a lovely patio for dining. Very convenient, easy 15 minute walk to old town.

This place was great. Rooms cleaned daily, staff fruendly, breakfast great, location and poor great.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast selection was extensive and mostly quite tasty. Bacon was cooked perfectly = not crispy.

The Art Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast. Good value. The funny thing is that since it was called the Art Hotel we expected to see art throughout the hotel however there wasn’t even a piece on the walls in our room or in the lobby.

Location ok, ten minute walk from Old Town. Surrounding areas not as nice. Hotel clean, room very clean. hotel staff not very friendly. Breakfast was terrible, flies on food. Fruit not fresh.

Lovely hotel / upgraded to a suite which was fab!

The hotel was very clean and room was quite big for Europe. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was fairly good. We were about a mile walk from Diocletian's Palace and the Riva area near the harbor. There were restaurants, shops, and even a pharmacy near by. The pool was an infinity pool on the roof and there was also a hot tub. There was a great view of all of Split from there
