Very nice room with professional service at Hesperia Tower. Convenient location, close to the airport, with taxis always available. Overall, everything was excellent

We had a very scary experience here. At about 5:40 am on 20-Sep-25, I heard a lound bang outside my bedroom window. Upon approaching the window I saw 2 guys running away. As I stepped away from window I saw the building exterior glass cracking . Apparently , someone threw an object at my room window which was on 1st floor. We called the staff and explained the situation but no one came . Called again and staff came over to inspect from outside. We were escorted away to the neighbouring regency tower hotel and our bags were kept in a secure location. Later that day we were moved to the regency tower hotel . Staff was helpful through this traumatizing situation but please be warned. Staff told us this is not a usual occurrence but it happened to us . Rooms were clean though

The hotel is very clean and easy access to public transport. I paid for the taxi from the airport 25 euro and i realized i could easily take the bus. The bus station is 7 min walk. Also, it was nice to have the free coffee and muffins in the morning.

You check in at the Hyatt and we were able to leave our bags there and explore while waiting to check in. It was right next to the metro and easy to get around. The apartment was great and there was a grocy store right there. Would stay again.

Overall, the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was minimal, but nice to have something. Local area is a bit noisy, and windows allowed sound in.

We weren’t even able to check in let alone walk in the lobby. Is this a scam?! The doors were locked. No one there to greet and help. We ended up walking across the street to another hotel

Great near the airport

Checking into the hotel was a pain, as there is no human front desk and you have to use a machine. Someone before me was struggling so much with the process, that he forgot his government ID in the slot. He just happened to exit his room which was luckily on the same floor as mine as I was headed to my room, and I was able to give it back to him before had realized he’d left it behind.

AI complicated check in but ok when you got the hang of it. I even had to help a Chinese couple to master it afterwards

A comfortable and quiet place to stay but it wasn't made clear that I needed to check in at the main hotel next door, which was confused by the E-check in machine in the apartment foyer. I tried to use this with various check in codes I had been sent, unsuccessfully. Then, another guest told me I needed to go to the reception desk at the hotel across the road to check in. Once sorted, I found the apartment clean, spacious and comfortable.

Everthing was good excet check in , it was a nightmare, elwe left our bags in the haytt and when we oicked them up trybto do the check in there, but the girl didnt let us, we went to the hesperia and , no front desk, a machine instead and it wasnt working , has to wait 40 min for a previos guest , i had to call someone to help him, them my turn and didnt work, another 30 min and finally they decided that we could go to the front desk of the hyatt,

Staff as always was amazing

Customer service was excellent. Checkninnslow with the digital service ended up having tondo it manually but overall great experience

This was a miscommunication from Expedia that its a 5 star hotel. Mixing it up with its sister hotel which is next to it Hyat Residency. Even the pictures were mixed where it showed Hyat instead of Hysperia Fira apartments on the booking page. The hotel itself was nice and clean but I of course have to report the wrong thing here. I dont know if Hysperia wants it that way to have more people or this is Expedia's mistake in uploading the wrong photos and listing wrong info.

No receptionist at property so no one to complain to about other guests who were noisy at all hours

They have a very bad smell in their pipes, the apartment smelled like sewage all the time... not at all pleasant. You have to check in in the hotel tag is separate from these apartments and then when you go to check out I even had problems getting the Bellboy sent...

We stayed 3 nights, No housekeeping services, changing the towel cost 20e which is more than the towels it self. AC is controlled by the hotel which is too hot to sleep. Construction works start from 8 am which is totally noisy and cannot sleep
