Need large breakfast or better breakfast..

I wouldn’t stay here again because the rooms were way smaller than expected and it had no light, most of the tv channels were just black and white static and when I parked at night they thought I was going to the club next door and asked me if I actually had a room there which made me feel judged and like I didn’t belong there and to top it off when I went to get breakfast I found two long hairs next to the spoons that you use to serve yourself which I thought was gross

Everything was great

My room on the 5th floor was clean and the pillows were decent. The air conditioning system in the room was noisy. It definitely needs to be replaced.

Room was very clean. The lady who clean in the 5th level was courteous and everything eas in perfect condition.

It was very nice and clean.

Unfortunately I could not give this hotel 5 starts I was in Mexical for a conference and I was up by 3am with horrible headache due to the pillows being like ball and unfortunately I was not able to rest recommend bring your own pillows

desde que hice las reservaciones hasta el dia que llegamos fue muy buena la atencion del personal

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo algo incómodo que mientras ocupábamos la habitación, una persona de limpieza abrió la puerta.

Took 25 min to get checked in when there was 2 front desk people and 1 guest checking in. Once in our room, we noticed hair on the beds had hair on it and the room smelled like urine. Still haven’t gotten a refund :/

Yes the staff was friendly attentive and kept a clean space.

Clean room

Staff was courteous, respectful. The a/c worked very well, water bottles in the room. Shampoo & conditioner provided. Plenty of parking close to the lobby entrance. Quiet on a Saturday night.

Everything was nice and clean, especially on the 5th floor where I always get my room.

Checked in @ 11:30 pm still had to wait for room to get cleaned & ready.
