Very clean rooms

The hotel was nice, service was fine... how can you guys serve toast without butter? The breakfast was pretty weak considering the grocery store is beside the hotel.

El hotel está en buen estado, el servicio es bueno. Cuenta con estacionamiento seguro y desayuno incluido.

Por el precio no vale la pena, habitacion muy sencilla, el desayuno muy pobre!

Is close to the Lerma river and during the night smell very bad

To put it mildly, the service is terrible. If you choose to stay here, better pray and hope that you have no issue with the room (no hot water or towel missing) and you speak fluent Spanish. Otherwise, if you call front desk, they'll pretend that you called the wrong number, or refuse to answer your call. To be fair, the room is clean and the free breakfast is good. But the service is just terrible.

this hotel puts a hold on your credit card and say they will take it off in 72 hours and it has been a week and I had to call them to take it off.

I enjoyed this hotel as its was conforble to stay.

The Hotel is pretty, good service by the staff and the rooms are comfortable, of course I will stay there again
