* A nightmare for noise: water pressure issues caused a very loud drone to constantly echo through the walls so bad we had to use noise canceling earbuds. * An ant infestation throughout the bathroom had us squishing them every day, and I do literally mean “infestation”. * When requesting no cleaning in our room, we still had people entering (Herman the daytime manager eventually got that corrected, but noteworthy nonetheless) *Phone never communicated to the front desk so we had to go downstairs to talk to someone.

I rate my stay excellent.

Hotel ubicación is at a great place , restaurants in walking distance, is clean , Roman’s are cozy , I really like staying there the staff are friendly, helpful.

Cleaning of couches at the lobby should be easily done with "Carbona". A redistribution of tables and seats at the breakfast site is necessary in order to avoid crowding in serving area and better circulation.

Terrible service to check in/check out. The hotel does not showed any commitment to make faster and easier the process. I could have spent more than an hour if I had not approached to ask for my room. The hotel needs to have a better organization about the necessary staff in case the hotel is overcrowded.

Took like half an hour to register and have a room and we were checking in around 5 and they didn’t have clean rooms

A nice quiet hotel in a beautiful small city.

AC to loud, sounded like a truck, pool so dirty, horrible taste breakfast, i had to spend 30 minutes to find a parking spot.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. The check in was very simple and smooth. I enjoyed how close it is to the airport and also close to other areas to eat and stuff. The amenities were fair. They have a free breakfast as well and was surprised with the options they had such as fruit and eggs. Recommend staying here!
