Front staff amazing

Room was clean. Loved small touches such as creamer left in fridge for coffee. Had real ceramic coffee cups. Service at desk was great. Only disappointing part of the experience was that mattress was very uncomfortable and had sag in middle of it causing rolling of both my husband and I to fall in. Reported it on checkout to which told housekeping or engineering would be informed to investigate. With this I had a very lousy sleep. The rest of the stay was ok, but poor sleep

Clean. Comfortable. Staff were courtesy, efficient - always greeted us with a smile. Very convenient. We have stayed here many times for various events and look forward to the next stay. Thank you DFI&C!!

Have stayed here a few times for poker tournaments, everything is good here

This was my first day in Calgary I am from BC and it was by far the most wonderful stay I have never had ! The staff was amazing and the rooms were immaculate the food was absolutely scrumptious and so reasonably priced ! Even if you're not a gambler which this casino is unbelievable I still highly recommend this hotel !!

The Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge, clean and very quiet. The staff were all so freindly and front desk employees said hi evey time we walked by.

Everything was great the room the service so the whole is pristine. Staff are so personable. It was a very enjoyable stay.

All of the above! We checked in an hour early and it was not a problem! Very friendly and accommodating!

The hotel, staff and facilities were all fine. Nothing over the top but not sub-par. The Mohave grill is very overpriced for the quality of food. My wife’s chicken was pink, my burger was flavourless. The stay was good but the food was a complete waste of time and money.

Could have better pillows considering room price
