Went for one night . Really friendly staff and good location . Room was Executive Double. Nice and spacious with chairs sofa and good view . Bed was clean and tidy . Just room was a little dated and worn in places.

Everything good, breakfast hot very clean room

found a used tissue down the back of a radiator. The mattress was stained and needs replacing. Smell of tobacco around the hotel. Swimming pool was very good, but the changing room (gents) in the pool area was very dirty. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price was good.

Lovely hotel in the ideal location was slightly dated could do with a revamp on the rooms but for the price we paid couldn't fault it

Our room 214 was boiling hot. could not open windows. no air conditioning. two nights of pure heat! the staff said they understood but could do nothing! it ruined our short break. WFH

Lovely friendly staff, very good breakfast. Carpet in room 114 could do with cleaning or replacing. Great location and dog friendly. Couldn't really fault it though for the price and will stay again 😊.

Room was huge, with very large bed and sofa and armchairs. Bed was comfortable. A fan in the room would have been useful.

Lovely hotel. Some rooms have been modernised and some haven’t. We have stayed here twice and have had pleasant stays. Good value for money.

Room was clean. Didn't spend much time in it. Had a massive hangover but that was hardly the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was good and very dog friendly even though it was quiet. Maybe a couple more staff during busy times. Bar choice not amazing but adequate.

Great location and value for money, this hotel could be lovely with the grounds and outdoor pool, but sadly a little dated at present. Limited parking available and a cost, but overall a pleasant stay and would return.

Only one night out of season. No complaints. It’s a good size hotel with a pool. Close to town and quiet.

The room was small, but I did book a cosy double as only for one night. Bathroom was dated but clean. Main problem was that the room was incredibly noisy. It was overlooking the main road and also some kind of banging (heating unit?) continued throughout the night. It was ok.

The staff were amazing!! All the staff were super helpful and so friendly. My room was pretty and I had a great view of the ocean.

Lovely friendly recetion staff. We stayed in a quiet ground floor room with our dog which was very large and had seaviews. We were close to entrance to garden and the bar/ restruant. Car parking is £9 per night. Breakfast is a buffet with good choice for £12.50 pp. They also do dog food. Location is great being few minutes from sea front and restruants. Town centre is about 15 minutes walk along the beach. Torquay is lovely but we also visited Paignton nearby which we found had more going on. There are lots of walks for dogs in and around the area. The hotel was great although a little tired. Backs onto a bowls club and crazy golf and gardens.

Receptionist on arrival was amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

Quick to check in, pay for parking via app. Guest reception extremely helpful. Pool great, hot tub not open when we went. Room fantastic. Lovely decor. Breakfast was hot buffet very nice , had option of hot or cold foods. The bar in evening well stocked, pool table and comfy seating . Will visit and stay at this hotel again.
