The room was always clean! Staff were always helpful and attentive. The shower was awesome. The outdoor spaces were so beautiful, the snorkeling amazing, other guests were fun to chat with. I loved having yoga available a few mornings and the breakfast never disappointed! So glad we booked Hotel B.

Staff was courteous & attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the view, the pools, comfortable furniture, Sunshine, Sunrise & sunset. The food was good.

Great property. Views and access to Snorkeling and scuba diving was outstanding. Before pools and views. Marco was excellent as a Bell Captain helping us with restaurant and other recommendations and was very friendly. We will come back. Great experience!

My experience at Hotel B Cozumel was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I chose this hotel expecting comfort, good service, and basic hospitality—but it failed on every level. The room was poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect. Cleanliness was far from acceptable, and it felt like nobody cared enough to fix or improve anything. The service was just as bad—slow, and disorganized. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience that last only a few hours as my wife and I decided to walk away from this place and make a reservation in another hotel, last minute. For the price they charge, the value is absolutely not there. There are many better options in Cozumel. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable trip.

Rooms are dimly lit and only have 2 outlets, 1 in the bathroom and 1 above the small, tepid mini bar fridge. Very simple room with a decent shower. There is no info in the room to assist the guest with basic questions; when we tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 on the unlabeled phone, no one answered. The macrame chairs are pretty & sturdy, but the bar across the back kills your back. A number of guests waited in the open air lobby with us for several hours as none of the availabe rooms were ready before 3. The staff was nice enough, but we are unlikely to stay again.

Had the best six days there just recently and did not wanna leave. The property is so peaceful and chill… full of great views and conveniently reef to snorkel in front of. The staff was so incentive and helpful. Jorge he was mad managing the property

Good location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs work…AC units are loud and there is a sewage odor that emanated from the sinks and bathroom.

Great time just need to fix the leaks in the ceilings and hotter water.

Marco is one of the best employees always ready to help whether it’s with an excursion or a van to the airport. Top notch service!
