Loved the excellent service and the view!

Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive. It was pleasure from the moment we had an interaction with the receptionist. Also she ( I forgot her name-:( ) upgraded us to the room with the balcony. Thank you again for your great hospitality and service.

Hotel room was big. The upgraded us because we had originally booked a comfort room which are apparently interior facing. Beautiful roof top and breakfast area. Pool was great and the hotel is a quick walk to the beach. We didnt realize that the outlets would be british but our North American chargers worked in the outlets! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests.

Excellent location for the harbour trips, easy walking distance for the shops. Transfer not far from the airport. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and most accommodating. Food was amazing and plentiful at both breakfast and dinner.

Got shock need to climb uphill to reach the hotel, very terrible with our luggage pushing upslope.

Our room was on the fourth floor with a small balcony and a good view of the church. The church bells rang but the double glazing minimised the sound. Loved the room with 2 massive single beds, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and all staff very friendly and efficient. Rooftop pool area spacious and kept tidy, with a great bar. The area is great, easy to walk around (a bit hilly but not an issue for us) and a mix of old and new; also a quick hop on the ferry to Valletta. Loads of eating options around - and also in the hotel tho we didn’t eat in. I’d definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was nice but would benefit with a valet parking since the streets are so so tight and the parking is even more tight

Great location. Spacious rooms, clean and efficient staff. In my view it isn't a 5 star hotel, it's very tired in places but other than that it's great.

As always, our stay was enjoyable. The room was very spacious, even as a triple, and very clean. Breakfast and dinner are very abundant and good value for money. The staff was really nice and friendly, playing with my six-year-old granddaughter. in fact I dare to say that my experience was better than the previous ones.

Staff very friendly. Food very good. Generally the hotel is in good order but the carpets are showing sign of ware. I.e. Carpet when entering room very frayed (Not what I would expect from a five star hotel).

The hotel was very accessible, it surrounded a lot of key things such as transportation, supermarket and local restaurants. The hotel has a spa along with swimming pools, sauna and steam room. The room I chose was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a fridge and kitchen net stations. Staff were friendly,helpful especially the manager I will look to return.

Huge bed, nice clean rooms. Staff excellent and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Didn't eat in the hotel, but breakfasts were good, if rather busy (which shows it is a popular hotel). Would go back there again.

The hotel was in a great position, the food was excellent, both breakfast, buffet or in the talk of the town restaurant. I would be really happy to stay again. I had really good nights sleep, the beds and pillows were so comfortable.
