By the time we arrived all we needed was a clean & comfortable room and it certainly was that. Soap was empty in shower but all good.

Kitchen was great for cooking bar an oven, but

Ev rything was good when we accessed the apartment. However, we didn't get our 4 digit code to acceess the afterhours locker containing our swipe cards. The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code.

Great location. Excellent bakery and a coffee shop right across the street, breakfast are epic. And metro station is right outside the building. Easy access... In house laundry too.

It was okay for family and near to metro station.

The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value.

The hotel is very convenient to the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The staff was very helpful. The room 209 we stayed in worked well for 4 people but needs a new coat of paint the walls were stained/dirty and doors can use a wipe down. We did find two live cockroaches during our stay. There was a market on Thursday with fresh fruits, vegetables and Tunisian food. Water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes were all very useful during our stay.

There is a big lake just 2 minutes walking, and it is very relaxing to walk, or just sit and talk around this lake

The property was ok. Check in process was strange, we travelled all day and needed to drop our bags and go to an event, but reception wasn’t open between then hours of 12-3. We ended up leaving our bags at another hotel for the evening! The room was not as pictured, but was clean and had all the amenities listed.

Super hôtel le seul détail qui aurait pu être régler avant mon arrivé était le mécanisme du canapé lit cassé il était donc impossible de le mettre en position canapé mais seulement en lit

Un appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le lit est confortable. Un excellent rapport qualité - prix et une situation géographique parfaite grâce à l’accès au métro au pied de l’immeuble. Petit déjeuner classique mais varié. Accès hors des horaires d’ouverture très facile. Communication rapide. J’y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Lyon.

Rien de particulier , je viens depuis longtemps et c'est toujours parfait

Moyennement propre, petit déjeuner ordinaire à 8h il n'avait pas d'oeuf, ascenseur brisé. Point positif, situé à côté d'un Métro.

Très spacieux pour une famille de 4
