One of the best hotel options in Vitoria. High quality service as you’d expect from the Sheraton brand, clean and comfortable rooms with great views sea views. Gym and roof top pool area are great (albeit the pool area is fairly compact and can get busy at peak times). Location also very good for everything you need in Vitoria

Got a room in a high floor. Long wait for the elevator. A convention running in the hotel made the waiting time for elevator even longer.

Have stayed here multiple times and the staff is amazing! The accommodations are nice and the location is perfect

I had problems with the recepcionist to receive one simple document to joint two payments related to my room and a colleague room that I paid. I asked to speak with the manager there and they brought a "fake manager" for that area.

Good experience but overall lowering in quality

Well organized and run! Staff was friendly and overall just great! Enjoyed my stay and will return for sure. With limited Portuguese speaking skills the staff was understanding and helpful. The breakfast was amazing
