The location is excellent: from where to eat, where to catch an Uber or public transportation, to a 24-hour pharmacy, laundry, and a lovely and safe environment. The staff was very attentive. We had a blast and a lovely stay!

Very nice hotel. With a great restaurant where we enjoyed most of our meals. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Nice Bar well managed GREAT on the menu breakfast. Buffett breakfast limited. Shops few blocks away, AC available. Large nice windows than can be opened. We were in the rainy, windy season…half days. Nice weather most of the day. GREAT STAFF!! Thank you.

In general personnel was friendly and helpful; for some reason house-keeping open my room at 7am on my departure day, even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on.

it is a city hotel in the district of Roma, safe and with lots to do at walking distance. it has a free parking lot, good when you come from touring other towns.

We always choose the STANZA as our hotel every time we go to MxCity. Excellent location, so many restaurants & cafes near-by, friendly and professional staff

Really unsafe. I’ve gone to so many hotels and this is the first one where they didn’t ask for ID. I walked up and was able to get my key card just by saying my name is scary.

The girl and boy who has night shift at around 3am were very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a very safe area, we went out late at night walking and there is a lot people walking with their dogs. What I liked the most is that everything is within walking distance. Definitely I recommend it 100%.
