La habitación me parecio muy pequeña

Llegue a las 2:48 pm y no me dejaron hacer check-in viendo que el hotel estaba vacío me me tuve que sentar a esperar y las 3pm exactamente me atendieron aparte no me dejaron tener dos perritas en un cuarto y me pidieron vacunas y de más fue terrible y lo pero no tienen estacionamiento tienes que entrar a Walmart que te validen el ticket y salir cada vez.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before without a vehicle, but this was my first time driving—and I was honestly surprised by how complicated the parking process is. Guests are required to take a ticket just to enter the parking lot, and the steps to exit are unnecessarily time-consuming. To leave the parking lot, you have to get your ticket validated, then drive to the plaza next to the hotel to obtain a second ticket from customer service. After that, you must take both tickets to a payment machine in order to exit. It’s a very inconvenient and frustrating process. Additionally, if you don’t plan to use your car during your stay, you still have to drive in and out of the parking lot every 24 hours just to renew your ticket. This adds an extra layer of hassle that really detracts from the overall experience.

The staff was courteous and attentive

No proporcionan las pequeñas toallas de baño porque las tienen limitadas.

The place is very clean and nice overall. However, the gym has been a consistent issue. This is my third time staying here, and each time there have been several things not working—like the treadmill, the TV, and the clock. During my first visit, the gym was closed entirely. It’s disappointing, especially since the rest of the hotel is great.

I really like the breakfast !!!! The staff was awesome !!!! There’s a mall next to it !!! And most likely it feel safe!!!

El servicio fue muy anticordial, y nos tuvieron esperando para resolver nuestra reserva. La cama estaba super incomoda.

Shower floor very slippery with tile and cause a fall. Breakfast- They provide like whole milk with sugar and orange juice with sugar. Diabetes cannot drink that stuff.

Excelente servicio! Definitivamente recomendable para su próximo viaje a Celaya, Guanajuato. El staff del hotel es muy amable y muy profesional!

It was well located and in good conditions. breakfas wes good. the only thingvis difficult to find the entrance of the parking Also the gym opens only from 6 am to 10 am. I wanted to workout yesterday qdter doing my checki in and it was closed. but overall all was good
