Never got the room I booked . Room horrible and disgusting and dirty. Ceiling was leaking water , room smells like mold and sewer . Beds sheets were stain and chairs were very dirty and with semen stains . Horrible hotel . They charge me 50 dollars when Expedia stated I was going to charge 19 dollars only

To be 4 star hotel is a.joke batroms and showers are together shower dont have a door ebriting is to old and outdated you needntonhave reservations to get in to a restaurants, bathrooms on pull areas dont have running water. 1 star

The entire experience was terrible. The woman who checked us in was rude and told my kids to go wait in the lobby. We were put in the Sens Hotel, despite a reservation at the Grand Oasis Palm. We were not told there is a caste system to the wristbands, nor were we ever offered to upgrade to the "black" band that lets you into certain areas and restaurants/bars. The lines were extremely long for dinner, the food was inedible- like actually terrible. There are no chairs at the pool... not like they were just taken up by people, there weren't any. So strange. The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel- the pirate ship area has no water running to the slide, the Jurassic River is pathetic and we were told we couldnt use the slides because they were only for the kids club?? The sports bar was the only place for ice cream and closed at 6pm- the lines were so crazy long and they refused to serve my 10 and 12 year old without an adult? There was virtually no entertainment during the day or at the pool- only at night. They have people wanting to sell you stuff everywhere and they follow you around- these are employees of the hotel. The worst was the pressure to attend a time share presentation. Literally, the woman followed us around for hours pestering us to go. When we left for another hotel early- because it was so bad- they told us to go through Expedia to get a refund, then just didnt answer Expedia when they reached out to get authorization for the refund.

Upon arrival they wanted an extra $600 for my 13 year old son even though I had already paid full adult price for him as required. They called the head office in Panama and everything was fine - 45 minutes later. We were traveling with another couple with a 13 year old and they had no issues with check in. This was a really negative way to start the trip. Scam? I am sure they would have taken the money if it went unquestioned. Generally great staff. Sens building is reno'd and really nice - they upgraded us as we booked with Expedia. Awesome gym for a resort. Okay beach but not nearly enough loungers - get down early to get one. Food was pretty good but Maci Taco was a disappointment.

Lo peor de lo peor, reserve con Expedía y cuando llegue al hotel me decían que mi reserva era con otra agencia que no aparecía con Expedía y no tenía todo incluido a los restaurantes, las bebidas malas la comida pésima, el agua de la habitación huele horrible, no vayan a este hotel

Honestly was disappointed. Pictures were deceiving. The lobby was beautiful but as soon as we went into our room, immediately just disappointed. It’s outdated and the pools were ok.

Parking was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food at the buffet was pretty blan and the same food was served at both. It is difficult to get a dinner reservation so book first thing in the morning 2 days before. There is not enough loung chairs so you will need to go down really early to get a seat. The drinks were good. I recommended bringing a large cup so you don't have to go back and forth to the bar. There really isn't anyone to bring you drinks and definitely not food. Lunch is hamburgers and hot dogs unless you go to the buffet, but you need to eat there. The experience was nice. I would recommended more activities for teens and young adults.

Only one of the spas had warm water, and rest were cold, and we found out when we got there that the spas were not included in your all-inclusive package. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was satisfying too.

Our booking was for Grand Oasis Palm but at reception they provided light blue bend which not allow us to use Sin properly, Rep from desk told us our reservation came from third party not Expedia and they do not want to see my actual Expedia booking, we contacted Expedia and they still investigating to provide us answer and partial refund we chat to Expedia agent from day one ro end but still waiting. Our room 333 had water leaks from AC unit and had pieces of ceilings fell down, Next day got new room but no hot water for first day, called for service but no one showed up at all finally we stopped by at desk and ask them to come with is to check but still no one shows till another 1/2 hours, Many time we call for room service but no one responded

The water in the entrance where the fish are is green, the water in the rooms smells bad, the air conditioning filter is extremely dirty, and the toilet is defective.

Staff not very helpful but the staff in the front also very slow to work and the staff in the restaurant they only like Spanish speaking clients because they don’t speak English, food quality is bad not very happy with food they provide burgers are made long back and they serving. I will not recommend anyone this property.
