The rooms were not prepared for guests, were on the top floor, were scorching hot, and the air conditioning was turned off in the middle of a scorching summer. During this stay, we had to change rooms three times, one of which was due to a bed bug. Everything was a bit dated, poorly maintained, and not very clean; the hotel was inadequate for a four-star hotel. Frankly, it was a terrible experience, and I will never return.
