Near the beach but small town not much to do.

The view is amazing. The sea and the mountains are beautiful. It warmed my heart to see the beautiful place where my parents were born. in the hotel itself is old and the food is very good. I recommend to stay there. It’s very Friendly and lots of fun with Italian traditions.

Parking was very tight. Bathroom door didn't close properly or lock and cleaner's were very noisy from 8am every morning. Other than that pleasant stay,friendly and clean . Also don't speak English

The pictures posted are very professionally done, possibly some years ago. The hotel is dated but decent. Breakfast was good and was the most pleasing part of it. The towels are sundried, which means not the softest. It is located on a small hill facing the autostrader and the ocean. Rooms are either facing the autostrader with a terrace & ocean or the hillside. Do not miss the Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola which is about 20 min drive, worth visiting!

Hotel Piccolo Mondo is perfect for the solo traveler or family. It is near the water but has a pool if you don't feel like walking to the water's edge. There is a nice terrace for sitting in the sun (or shade) and the food is wonderful and typical of the region. The rooms are a nice size, including the bathroom, and the staff is kind and helpful. The only bad part about my stay was leaving! Don't hesitate to book a room here!

Staff was exceptional. Ate dinner there, cost 15 euros and was worth much more.

The hotel would be comparable to say-a Motel 6 in the US. The lady who owns the hotel was extremely nice and speaks some English. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent. The total price was incredibly low: About $35.00. This was the best DEAL- all in all- of any hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Let me emphasize: This hotel is marginal but with the food and the price- a good deal.

This hotel is op the hill from the highway, with a great view of the sea, but a lot of noise from trucks at night

Outstanding family run hotel, excellent value for money. Attentive and helpful staff. Unfortunately next to motorway making outside space noisy, however internal rooms reasonably soundproof.walking distance to beach. Ideal for short breaks or travel stop offs.

View was wonderful, breakfast was typically Italian fair which doesn't cater for western diets, wifi was terrible, TV was Italian only, bed and pillows hard.

Stayed there also in 2007 for 3 weeks and 2 weeks this time. Friends born and raised in Italy, live almost directly 20 miles inland from hotel. Dinners were excellent and the owner and his family are delightful. They were attentive to our needs and suggest places to see..

My room was beautiful located facing the romantic ocean in Italy our continental breakfast was truly wonderful homemade bake goods the location was perfect owners friendly we will certainly return

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way south to Sicily. The room was basic but adequate (although no fridge), but clean. We chose to have dinner at the hotel. Our three-course meal was delicious, reasonably priced, and we had far too much food - you will not go hungry! I recommend eating in!

The owners are very nice people, wonderful atmosphere, great views! I recommend!

Good location, clean and a decent continental breakfast. Nice and friendly staff and great value for money.

Its a nice hotel like alot of others, but the people who work there makes it special! We where abit off season and our meaning was to stay there for 1 night and then drive further south. But my wife and i agreed after just 3-4 hours there that we wouldnt be able to find a better hotel in Italy, the service here was fantastic!

The service in the hotel and the food in their restaurant was superb. They do not have Wi-fi internet even though they advertise it but they do have a computer in the lobby people can use. The outside furniture needed a good cleaning but the room was clean and cleaned daily. Convenient to beach but not right on beach. Very affordable, I recommend.

We just keep coming back - if you want comfortable and value stay, this is fine.
