We had a lovely room overlooking the sea. We particularly liked the rooftop pool and gym facilities as well as the free underground parking. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful

Cleaning staff was great. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Spacious room but very little other than a safe and bathrobes. No tea/coffee making facilities or furniture on the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.

We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. Overall "Bad Experience"

La recepcion fue lenta y poco amable

El check-in tardío es algo complicado. Encontrar los enchufes a oscuras (las lámparas estaban desenchufadas) fue muy molesto. Y resultó que los enchufes estaban a nivel de piso, casi imposible para mi edad.

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was not that friendly but the hostess was really nice. Place was dirty on the outside/windows but the hotel room itself was clean and room service was great. Pool and gym are small but overall good. It was okay overall and would stay again but expected more for the price.

Great Location on the waterfront, did not realize it is connected to a large Casino, which was very nice but we do not gamble. Great Choice, area around is in the original older section of the waterfront, good restaurants near by
