10/10 A+++++ Had a great time.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had the best waiter at the mission restaurant. Name was was Joel. Took very good care of us.

Food was just ok. Had no idea the majority of the restaurants were buffet style, which was annoying. Resort wasn’t very clean. Pools were nice, but bar staff wasn’t friendly at all. They always seemed annoyed anytime you ordered a drink.

We love this resort and would not hesitate to return. There is so much to do! The staff was so friendly, the food was good and the views were amazing!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was what you would expect from a buffet, plenty of options but bland. We did have a speaker fall off the building during one of the shows, pools had broken lights and loose wiring.

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for the second time. My first stay was in 2021 during the pandemic. The rooms were a bit worn out and old-fashioned back then. However, it appears that they have been recently renovated and are now spotlessly clean. The staff members are welcoming and accommodating. Another good idea is to walk to the gate and hail an Uber from there, as the taxis arranged by the hotel tend to be a bit pricey.
