The location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially in assisting us with our delayed luggage. There are also a few tables and chairs where we enjoyed some relaxing time watching the street, along with complimentary coffee and sparkling water.

Loved this place! Well located by not on a loud block. Beautiful view out our window. Very delightful staff who went on over and beyond to help us with anything. Loved the coffee and water machines in lobby. Look forward to returning

Check-in was easy; Spacious room with good wifi. There was a smell in the room when we first arrived but the staff fixed it right away. Breakfast was okay.

Staff was great, location, fabulous! MOD went out of his way to accommodate our reservation, where I thought I had booked two twin beds when booking for a "double". I was traveling with a friend, it was late when we arrived. He personally went upstairs and split the two beds, remaking them with correct sheets/bedding. Above and beyond with a smile on his face! Wish I could remember his name for a personal shout out... Highly recommend!

Overall a great stay, central and extremely nice staff. Rooms were great but low ceilings in rooms 1 and 2. Hallway carpets needs some TLC.

The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.

Room was a half decent size and convenient location. The hotel itself was a little dated and rooms sparse but did the trick.

Amazing location and hotel. Perfect for seeing the sites and coming back and feeling welcomed by the staff. Great breakfast too!

Breakfast had a lot of scope of getting better

Th Hotel was lovely and the view from window beautiful. The bathroom was clean and pretty but bathroom needed a shelving area for travel products . The room could have had better lighting - was darkish . I have to say the spiral staircase to breakfast made me dizzy . The breakfast was not as nice as others and staff at breakfast not very hospitable.

Great location, nice size rooms, great service

Our room has extremely low ceilings, right above the reception area. We complained to the receptionist, and she said all rooms were full. It's mid September, I wouldn't have booked this hotel had I known about it's condition.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and comfortable, and the free coffee was very, very welcome!

Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Hotel was in a good central position. Outside the hotel there is an area which needs some attention as it looks run down. Close to good selection of restaurants and we were given good recommendations by the receptionist

Staff is excellent, we were warmly welcomed , the room was neat and tidy, (rooms with lowered ceilings) the location is excellent if you want to move around the city center and old town.
