Large hotel with numerous functions going on. Check in queue was long, not particularly friendly. Room on the top floor was simply too hot. We had to wedge the door open in order to get some air in the room. The small fan during a heat wave was not enough. Breakfast was ok - gluten free section was minimal but present. Restaurant packed.

It took over 30 mins to check in and the staff charged again even after the hotel was prepaid. Bathroom was stinky and the water was clogging in sink and shower area. Took family room and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable as was noisy and way too old. Very poor service due to the limited staff. No maintenance tech available to fix and the frontdesk refused to change rooms. A complete waste of money.

As an advertised 4 Star property this was well below the standards I would expect. The check in was like standing in a queue for a ride at Legoland, which was not a great first impression. Our room was like a sauna, with no air conditioning and a small ineffective fan. Windows couldn’t be opened more than a few centimetres despite being on the ground floor. The buffet restaurant was what I imagine a holiday camp restaurant to be like. Very average quality food, very limited drink options, and children running amok. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for peace and tranquility, or who appreciates the finer things in life. You definitely won’t find either at the De Vere Beaumont Estate.

I was given a room above the pub , could not sleep all night noise, i ask them if they move to another place but i had to wait until in the morning. The hotel around is beautiful and good place to have coffee but my experience was not great.

I know the hotel cant control the weather but it's not geared up for hot weather. I was given a ground floor room facing the car park, windows only opened a couple inches because there was a security cable. And the outer frame of the window was broke, so only one side actually opened. Had to close blinds most the time because people getting in and out of cars directly outside my window. One small fan in the room, not enough with such small windows, especially when you can open the curtains due to car park.

Very unorganized. Staff was helpful but hotel Staff were not ready for big events. Our room was on third floor and it was so inconvenient to take luggage upstairs with suitcases.

Great room, service, hotel amenities. Not much to walk to outside of the hotel but just a few minute ride to areas of interest.

We got a very long queue to check-in (the line was out of the door), which was clearly bad luck/timing. Staff on reception did a great job getting everyone through as quickly as they could. The room was on the ground floor, very hot with one small fan provided. No bottled water in the room and no fridge. There are water stations you can use, but that has tepid temperature water. Hotel has lovely grounds, but could benefit from modernisation inside to include air conditioning

Would have been nice to have air conditioning. Can’t find anything else negative to say. Would recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Windsor or LEGOLAND

Rooms were like ovens. Some of the rooms are far enough away from the from counter to be in the next county. It’s a very, very long walk in carpets that don’t let luggage roll. No one to help, no entrances from the multitude of car parks. The lack of AC was terrible during the oppressive heat. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Almost devoid of direction signs in this sprawling buildings.

Perfect hotel if youre going to Legoland. Very family friendly, and the grounds with the park were a life saver! Good selection at breakfast. Family room was a reasonable size. Only problem was the temperature of the room. For some reason our corridor was like entering a sauna (nowhere else in the hotel was like this). This meant our entire family struggled to sleep on both nights.

Stayed in a family room, nice and clean but no Air con, rooms were so hot kids struggled to sleep. Only having 1 EV charger that worked and the hotel was busy so this was disappointing, how ever the bar staff were fantastic. Already have another stay booked here.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s mostly great. Last night was poor. I booked a deluxe room and it was ok. But, it was right at the top of the building on the hottest day of the year. Not only that but there was no air conditioning and the wifi didn’t work. There was a fan in the room that was absolutely covered in dust, which sprayed across the room when turned on. Quite disgusting. One of the reasons I like this hotel is it has lots of conferences which means there’s always things going on and the bar/restaurant are great. Last night there was a conference on and they had a party, which I don’t mind (actually quite like). However this one was so roudy and went into the night. Needless to say I didn’t sleep and therefore today’s business was tough. I’d expect for £170 a night air conditioning and if not at least a clean fan and wifi that worked!

Navigating around the hotel, which is lovely, is a challenge. My room was miles away from reception in a separate modern annex and breakfast was very busy and a bit chaotic. Price was good value though and room was good when I found it!
