Great location close to everything downtown. Felt like we stayed at home.

This place is awesome! The rooms are spacious like a loft apartment. The view was great and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have recommended this place to our family and friends.

Would highly recommend, easy walk to harbor, Fan Tan Alley practically next door, full kitchen a huge plus with kids, incredibly friendly staff. Not fancy at all, but had exactly what we needed for six people. Would most definitely stay here again. Best deal we could find with kitchen and occupancy for 6 in one room.

Check into the long time because the couple in front of us were arguing about a BC AAA card and only one person could check in at a time. Room is definitely dated and has no AC and no bathroom on the second floor which was an issue for us travelling with an elderly person. Location is fabulous. Can walk to everything and felt very safe. We had two bedrooms and a kitchenette, so great if you’re travelling with a larger group.

Great location, close to Chinatown. OK if you dont mind the occasional street folk (we don't). Swan Pub food was very good and Drake across the street had great beer

Sofa bed in the living Gingseng room is terrible. hallway is narrow and dark. Staff are friendly. Cost is reasonable. Location is excellent.

very cool historical brick building upstairs of a brewery and pub. the 2-story 2bedroom suite set-up was perfect for a family of 5 ppl. neighborhood offers a variety of restaurant options and sense of security overall. everything was walkable: to the harbour center, historic chinatown, water front. The streets did clean so much compare to 2024, in terms of street-living crowds. it was a great choice, will come again! pub food was tasty + opens late!

This is a funky older hotel. Great location for my meeting, friendly staff, has kitchen and lots of space.

Great location with lovely views. We stayed for seven days which included a weekend. It was June and rather warm. The room does not have air con so leaving the door open to the outside is a must. Unfortunately, we don’t begrudge everyone having fun but it is very noisy late into the wee hours. If that doesn’t bother you, you’re good to go. Everything else is great! Close to anything you need and all sightseeing activities.

Such a beautiful island ... Beyond my expectations. Hotel was comfy and located in a pretty good location. It's a rustic property with lots of great history and the pub is spot on! Definitely enjoyed my stay and appreciate the friendly service.

China town area. Walk to downtown and harbor

Unique room features with loft and location!

Room was great, convenient location, staff was great. We had an issue with the cold water in shower not working. It was fixed immediately. The other thing to know that we did not is they rent out the penthouse unit for functions. There was a wedding that was very loud. But front desk said that they enforce quiet time at 11 and sure enough at exactly 11 the music was shut off and we did not hear any more noise from that unit.

Excellent hotel. We travel often as a family of 4, with teens. There was SO much space in the 1-bedroom suite we rented. The staff were excellent, and the suite was super clean. We will be staying here in the future when we are in Victoria.

It's like staying in a piece of history.
