Very nice room

Excellent hotel parking involves driving through pedestrian areas to locate a lift used for underground parking

Many wonderful things about this hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. Large selection and something for everyone. The lobby has fresh fruit and hot drinks and croissants for free all day. The rooms have a yoga mat you can use for the stay. It wonderful. Just a very lovely place for a lower cost than other nearby hotels. Close to train station easy walk — lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Great room sizes for Switzerland and modern furnishings in mint condition. Very clean and modern rooms. All staff friendly except the grumpy tall blonde at breakfast. Would use again.

Our room was too warm and too noisy with the windows open to cool it down.

Was our last night in Switzerland before heading home and saying until later to my daughter/son in law. Got there about 8:30pm and our check in was on the counter ready for us. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. If come back to Switzerland would book again.

Amazing service: from the reception to the restaurants, as well the kids club, everyone was really lovely amd did a great job. The room was big and clean. The food was really good and we enjoyed the vegan and vegetarian options. The kids corner is amazing, a lot of great montessori toys. The swimming pool was also really comfortable. This place to perfect to relax with kids.

Room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Lots of power outlet and the location is great - close to the train station and right in the middle of the walking district. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhoods but with lots of shop around the region.

Got a lovely Christmas themed room, very nicely done, but additionally just generally a great small hotel, clean, good service, nice decor and a very comfy bed. Best hotel in winterthur I'd say

Best stay we had in Switzerland, only 20 minutes from the airport by train. Very comfortable, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Wonderful staff

Very good hotel. Rooms in excellent condition and beautifullly restored. Hotel was spacious, staff very helpful and positive throughout. Hotel offers complimentary bottled water as well as a kettle for tea/coffee. Very large bathroom, not always the case in Europe. Breakfast was fine, but more of a classic cold buffet style affair, although there were boiled eggs and some scrambled eggs (that weren't that great) and bacon. The bread didn't seem to as fresh as it could be. Hotel restaurant excellent for dinner, very high quality food indeed, good wine list and staff who were really attentive. All about 400m from the Bahnhof. This is my new 'best place in Winterthur', since the previous hotel I used a lot put its rates up....
