Perfect stay, nothing to complain about!

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel not to be able to serve dinner and the carpet floor look like there been a teenage party for weeks. Little security and room safe inop. Towls falling apart due to use and taxi did not show up twice.

Hotel is ok but room furniture outdated, definitely need to refresh rooms. Breakfast basic, staff not really friendly

Hotels.com sold me a standard room with a free upgrade. I was given a basic room or could pay £60 per night for the free upgrade and was told they only have a few rooms they give free upgrades on. Eventually, the next day, got moved. However, the room then wasn’t serviced, I had to ask for some clean towels. The next day I was promised housekeeping but not till after lunch. At 4:30, still not done so had to have another conversation. Was very disappointed. Breakfast, cool instead of hot cooked breakfast, just in tin trays with no lids, the rest was bland. The coffee was ok. One of the bar staff was ok. One of the receptionists was ok. Location, in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom was tiny and would benefit from a refresh.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and renovated, good breakfast, the parking lot is behind the hotel very convenient.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly even accepted to check-in earlier than mentioned on the booking.

The check in experience with Petar was terrible. He was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I felt like he was trying not to check me in and help. I suggest that management can improve this process

I was traveling through to Greece and it was a night stop over also to see the city.

Amazing value...wonderful staff We were given an upgrade to an apartment which was perfect as I was in Sofia for dental work..so was able to make my own food as I was only able to eat certain things. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel clean and comfortable

It was ok..picture of hotel is not accurate..it looks nicer in the photo..hotel is 10feet off of a main road.. I guess when you've been to Vegas multiple times, every other place in the world pales in comparison

The overall condition of the hotel is OK. But, the location is not so ideal since it's close to nowhere.

Excellent location, easy parking, comfortable rooms, overall an excellent experience.

Great location, convenient to the airport. Nice hotel, great price, safe parking. Plenty of spa amenities as well.
