Hotel provides in wintertime free simple but good local style dinner for residents.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis. The staff were always helpful and very friendly and always make me feel welcome. The hotel is clean and well equipped.

This hotel is listed as four * it would be lucky to be 2* in the UK. The uniqueness of this hotel is that they only clean, and I use that term very loosely, between customers! Apparently they say they are saving the planet! The tea and coffee is nearly non existent with a bowl of stale sticky sweets - nothing is replenished. They include a light supper Monday to Thursdays and once it’s gone it’s gone! Don’t worry though because it is really not worth eating anyway! If you get an apartment it is about 150yds down the road in a dingy block totally separate from the hotel which is spread over several buildings. We carried our cases to the top floor because we thought the old service “lift” was for rubbish! The corridor lights only go on as you pass under them which is extremely creepy if you are on your own. All in all avoid this hotel it is expensive, dirty and certainly inappropriate if you are disabled as it is accessed practically everywhere by steep unsafe steps! It is certainly not disabled friendly and would not pass a UK equality access assessment! Also be aware you will have to carry your own luggage up these steps, some which are breaking up, as there is no help from the very limited staff. All in all AVOID THIS HOTEL!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotell Conrad. Staff is super nice, it's very clean, nice decoration, comfortable and nice rooms. It gave me the feeling of being back home. The only one thing I'd warn about is that doors of rooms shut too strong and loud, which can be bothersome if you're a light sleeper.

Loved our room in the apartment, so very roomy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was great. One slight hiccup, housekeeping came into our room very early and woke us up. Very startling!

Pleasant staff, good breakfast, secure facility. The rooms are a bit small and without A/C. With warm weather the days we were there it was warm in the room.

The jun.suite was a a small house with two rooms and a lovely Heavenbed excellent. We were bit dissapiinted to be told the pool was in a building down the road.. hardly what you just want to walk in bathrobes in 6 degree. Service is nice and friendly ...nice bon bons and we had candle lights .tacker. The bathroom would need a bit more ventilation when in shower. Try resto Antonios ...50 meters to the left down 50 stairs and you are there super nice good food , best view at water

What is good: The room is big and nice inner garden where we can enjoy the breakfast. What is not good: 1. No air conditioner in the room for a 4-star hotel, which is strange for me. There is a fan in the room but it is not what we expected. Luckily it was not that hot during our stay. 2. The isolation of the room is not good. You can hear the birds are screaming during the whole night even if you close the window. Also since our room is to the side of the road, it is a bit noisy in the early morning too. 3. I understand the cleaning policy due to covid-19. But at last night we saw a big spider in the room which is not comfortable at all. 4. Very small entrance for the car parking area and if you have a big SUV, it might be some troubles. Also there is only a few parking slots. It is better to park on the street.

The hotel has a very nice feel as i was checking in out of hours the check in orocess was confirmed via a very polite phone call. The service recived felt very personal abd caring. I had a comfortable sleep and will stay again if in the area.

Varmt på rummet. Lite svårt sova gott när det är så varmt...trots öppet fönster. Men för övrigt riktigt bra. Bara det att det alltid finns kaffe att tillgå, nice.

Hotel Conrad is a nice hotel in central Karlskrona. Staff was friendly and the room was nice but a bit small. There’s a pretty courtyard where you can eat breakfast or jus hangout. Hotel breakfast was good. There’s not enough parking at the hotel so had to park at a nearby parking garage.

Staff friendly, pointed out the hotel features and services. decor looking a little tired, parking a bit if a faf. Breakfast good.as always, weird Scandinavia square pillows that are hot and sweaty.

Too many stairs! If stairs are a problem, find out how many flights you will have to climb.Parking lot very difficult to get into. Easy hotel to find in Karlskrona. Breakfast was good, but limited. Room was comfortable. WiFi difficult to get in, but once we did, it was great.

Very pleased with our stay here! Huge room, spotlessly clean, everything we needed. We arrived quite exhausted after a long drive and staff kindly put our family in an apartment in their complex of buildings. We loved being able to cook some meals in the kitchenette to save some money. My daughter wasn't feeling 100% and it was also helpful not to drag her out to a restaurant. Please note you have to pre-book and pay for parking (almost USD$10/night if I remember correctly). The hotel is a series of adjacent buildings connected via an inner courtyard and walkways. Google Maps directed us to an entrance that was one street over from the front desk entrance (you want Västra Köpmansgatan 12). The included breakfast was one of the best we had during a long trip through Europe - lots of choices and all very fresh!

Överlag bra med personal som var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Badrummet väldigt litet och frukosten väldigt ojämn - ena dagen kanon med krämig äggröra och saftiga scones andra dagen bränd äggröra och torra scones.... Något sliten fastighet men det är ett 3-stjärniga hotell och får också 3 stjärnor av oss!

Nothing special. Reception not very friendly- food ok. Room not very impressive.

Bra hotell centralt i Karlskrona. Nära till både affärer och vatten. Ingår lättare mat på kvällen, vilket var väldigt bra.

Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Glad överraskning att middag och våfflor ingick. Bra rum, god frukost. Tillmötesgående gällande våra behov av parkering.
