Great place for kids. Pool and waterslide are fantastic and so is the breakfast. My kids love it.

Bed sheets didn’t fit propertly

The hotel was not the cleanest, I have stayed at worse for sure. The cable did not work, staff came up and said it was a new system. They were not able to get it working. The staff member was able to get one channel for the kids. The noise was unreal, at night. There were kids running up and down the hall, until after 1:30am. The noise from the next room was like people were bowling. The slide was nice , the kids really loved it, however it was jam packed, just a small pool. I took the kids out , and went back to our room when adult men started using the slide and if anyone would have gotten in the way, would have been seriously injured. I was nervous about that, and there were so many people I could not see the kids the entire time. We will never go back on the weekend again. Overall the kids really loved it, and that’s all that was important.

Very good hotel, good location, good wi-fi, rooms are huge!! Breakfast was a blast. Congrats to all your staff.

The location is convenient but the noise definitely carries from other rooms. Breakfast was just ok. Good coffee though!

I didnt need to use the internet and disnt need to do laundry but the room was great! Highly recommended

Was told the cleaning staff would do do cleaning every two days. They came last day only. Didnt make bed, or garbages whole week. Had to ask for towels twice.

Took my kids there for a fun night away of swimming for our spring break, and was very disappointed. At check in 4:00 pm we were notified the pool was closed from 5-7 pm daily for cleaning. Then at 7 there was well over 40-50 people in the pool area all trying to use it. We finally were able to get in at 9:00 pm comfortably (15-20) people still. And just to become ill quickly as the air filtration system was broken and the chlorine was so bad it was making people sick. We will not be returning

Hotel was good. Pool chlorine was high. Made kids cough and broke out in a rash. Also pool closed for 4 houra a day because of ventilation system.

Pool was closed. Big ordeal with a group of kids vomiting and coughing after swimming. EMS on scene. We specifically picked this hotel so the kids could swim. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and very "squeaky". I was overall dissatisfied with the stay.

The room above us was extremely loud and rambunctious keeping us and our kids up all night on and off and front desk did not seem to care. And at 6 am woke up to children running and yelling up and down our hallway without supervision as i opened our door to look out. I Mentioned this to front desk at check out and they brushed it off and ignored it.

We were greeted at the front seat with three of the friendliest staff member. They could not have bee kinder or more professional. The property and the room were clean, spacious and welcoming. Love the cloud ceiling in the elevator. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites St Jon.

Room was clean and staff were good. Check in was unorganized & was not able to check in at time we were told. Long line as a result of hockey teams there for tournament & everyone trying to check in at once. Staff were not prepared for it. After that all was good

Staff were kind, room was amazing besides the pillows they werent comfy at all. Everything worked in the room. The room was clean.

The staff was rude upon check in and just handed us our keys without telling us our room number or telling us which way to go to get to our room. No amenities were mentioned either. The room was falling apart everywhere. The towels smelled disgusting even the new ones we asked the front desk for. The pool is severely over chemically processed to the point where every single child was coughing their lungs out and a few even puked from the poisoning. There was no air ventilation.
