Charming place in the colonial zone. The staff was awesome! Always an English speaking person at the front desk....all the staff were over the top helpfull. I can't say enough!

We loved this hotel. The staff was great especially Jose. We had the suite with outdoor patio and it was very spacious. The location was close to everything and there is so much history in the old town. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Exceptional customer service

The court yard was spectacular. Hotel was close to Columbus/Colonial Square. Supermarket was across the street to purchase beer/wine. Great buffet breakfast with the ladies very pleasant.

El hotel tiene una excelente localización y está limpio. El personal es cortés. Necesita mejorar en las opciones de comida que incluye y en proveer ropa de cama adecuada y toallas. El hotel solo tenía desayuno, pero no proveía variedad / calidad. Al tener muchas opciones para comer cerca eso no era tan importante. Sin embargo, al solicitar lo necesario para el cuarto (ropa de cama y toallas) estaban limitados porque según el personal el hotel estaba lleno. Un hotel debe contar con la ropa de cama / toallas suficiente para atender los huespedes este lleno o no.

Nice hotel for the price. Note that 24 hour shuttle advertised in Expedia is NOT free. This was not disclosed to us until we arrived at the airport. This may be more an issue of Expedia than the hotel.

They did not change any bath towels, and the AC was not working on the first day. They changed the room, but there were no bath towels in the second room either. Breakfast was very poor, and they did not provide any water bottles.

It is a great hotel

This historic hotel is a bit dated but that's the whole point of a historic landmark! The rooms are super spacious and clean. The staff was professional and warm. This hotel is on Duarte and El Conde, which is where the tourists action is! Great value for the price. If I could give feedback to Management, it would be to deodorize the entire property so it won't smell old. I only say that because that's a turn off for most tourist.

This hotel was amazing, the staff was great. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a safe place and it was near a variety of museums and many places to eat. I would definitely stay here again!
