Really beautiful executive room! Staff were great too

A quick 1 night stay over new years, we arrived late and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the 2 weddings happening simultaneously. Not their fault! We were kept up all night by loud and drunk wedding guests and folks enjoying a night out for NYE.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms while attending a wedding. Our stay was lovely! The beds were so comfy, we didn't want to get out! Great stay!

Wonderful experience! My room was ready hours before the check in and I was allowed to check in early which made a huge difference for me. The room was clean and pleasant. Great stay!

Clean room, easy check in. Although it wasn’t great being woken up by techno music we could hear under our ear plugs

Classic old hotel, great downtown location. Close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to Eastlink centre for hockey. Only 20-25 minutes walk.

Great historic hotel that is being very well taken care of, great staff, super comfortable bed and pillows, and a great location in the heart of Charlottetown

Clean comfortable room. Great beds and pillows. The room service was very quick and the food was excellent.

The room was very clean and great staff. However, we didn’t have any heat in the room and maintenance came up to look and thought it was fixed. We went out to a concert and came back to still no heat.
