Air conditioning didn’t work great and our room reached 26 degrees some nights. Didn’t realize the beds were double beds and not queen size. Pretty hard for two people to fit even though we’re both thin. Dining staff were very friendly and the food is amazing.

I have stayed at Rodd Charlottetown many times. The service is always top notch. The renovations are bringing this gem bqck to its former glory. My room can be described as elegant. It is fit for a manor house. I cannot wait to return and see the progress. There was no disturbance from the renos. Well done!

Unfortunately there was construction in the hall at the time, so that was a little loud. Other than that great room, location and price. Would recommend and go again.

The staff were all amazing. Excellent housekeeping and room service. The restaurant was delicious, affordable, with huge portion and good variety. vine bottle in the mini fridge at low cost & big format of shampoo/body wash/conditioner in the shower was a plus

The bathtub wasn’t draining properly and the neighbors were loud and screaming early in the morning. Other than that the suite was amazing and the hotel had a good breakfast which was purchased separately.

Only complaint is the vent hood and fan for the kitchen is so loud it hums through the floors on the West side of the building, it kept my partner up until we got ear plugs the following night. Staff are fantastic, hotel is clean and spacious, great character. Price for value is really good here, in the summer they have a roof top patio that has great views. At the moment there is some construction and renovations going on but we hardly noticed... Hopefully they have plans to renovate or remove that kitchen Vent!

Old room not pleased…others in party paid less and had much better updated rooms.

Everything was excellent

Always consistent. The service is always excellent. The one renovations are beautiful. Free parking, right in the action of all things downtown Charlottetown.

Cool staff

Hotel currently undergoing renovations, but there was very little noise. Always a favorite place to stay in Charlottetown.

Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
