No smart TV, meaning you can't sign in to Netflix etc. No mini fridge so you have to drink warm water or drinks or buy from their store/room service or get ice. The room is very dated. The thermostat must've been 20 years, old with that "yellow stained" look. Bathroom has ol fashioned dark brown granite look. However, they are remodeling so it may be nice in the near future. The mattresses were very soft. Too soft for my liking but some may prefer that. The staff was fine and the food was good. I only stayed one night.

Room very unimpressive. Lied to about airport transport. Buffet’s way overpriced.

View river and trees nice. Restaurant breakfast buffet has big selection but it’s expensive.

The hotel seems geared towards business people. We found the staff extremely amenable. An excellent restaurant and pool are great additions. The neighborhood is very commercial but taxis are accessible.

Avoid Room 521 it has a terrace above, so it is noisy until late night... The room is large but somewhat outdated... The experience is bad in the bathroom, where the soap/shampoo holding system is cumbersome and poorly designed... Staff is great!!

The staff was outstanding and very attentive and welcoming. Great food for both breakfast and dinner. The pool was fun for the kids. Would stay there again.

Overall, ideal for short stays. Great central location, easy to get in and easy to get out. Room service is a pleasant surprise since is cheap, efficient with good quality.
