Amazing staff, very helpful. Beautiful place. Street noise on weekends at 2am not ideal if have a street facing room.

Clean, large and spacious. Had toilet issues but reception was responsive and took care of it and cleaned up afterwards quickly.

Really easy check in. The young lady doing her training did great. Rooms were nice and everything was easy to get to on foot or the metro.

It was great! The view from the outdoor hot tub on the 12th floor is beautiful.

Beautiful room we got the junior suite and was perfect for our 2 night stay in Montreal - we attended a performance at the bell center and could not be happier with location to all of the city as well as the venu. Beautiful bathroom was huge with large soaking tub and rainfall shower head - I felt like I was staying in decent priced luxury. Soft robes and slippers, great rooftop hot tub and lounge area as well as indoor pool. Just commented to husband we would stay again

It was a nice room, we didnt use the snack bar but we're charged. Also many hidden fees we were not told about. Many facility charges at $20 with no explanation.

The staff are super helpful and kind. Always willing to go the extra mile in order for customer satisfaction. Everything is so clean and so high standard. They even wrote a handwritten note for my girlfriend (we went for her birthday) and left it in the room as well as a birthday cake slice for her. They are very responsive and communicative with you. The pool is really big but not too deep which wasn’t our favourite. Also there is always a lifeguard on duty but no music or anything so the vibe can be awkward. The hot tub is on the rooftop with a very nice view and honestly so amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Don’t do valet parking and just go to the parking lot across the street (if you bring a car). Overall, very good.

We ve been coming to Le Crystal whenever we visit Montreal. It is centrally located ,within walking distance to St Catherine s St, shopping district as well as a short walk to Old Montreal. I must say, the major construction on St Catherine St and surrounding streets was kind of a bummer in regards to walking around and shopping etc.. The service/ front desk have always been great and the rooms are very spacious and clean. They are undergoing some minor renovations but was not really an issue ie no loud hammering and such .

Could not have asked for a better experience at a hotel. Staff was beyond professional and helpful went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend booking with them if you plan on traveling and need a wonderful place to stay.

This place was an absolute fav with my well-traveled daughters. It was centrally located close to their favorite shops. Our junior suite was nicely appointed with a modern sleek look. The mini kitchenette was a nice touch. The suite came with gorgeous wood cabinets and closets. The best part was the roof top deck complete with hot tub and indoor pool.

A truly lovely stay! We were delighted to enjoy our wedding anniversary trip at Le Crystal. The staff was amazingly helpful and we felt right-at-home during our stay. The rooftop view from the hot tub was especially wonderful! The one small note I would have is that they should disclose the resort fee before the time of checkout - it should likely be noted on the Expedia page. If there is a way to pay this before checkout occurs, that option should be made available. Thank you again, Le Crystal! We hope to stay with you again in the future!
