Beautiful place, nice area to be next to a concert, and good food choices and shopping places near by!

Beautiful property Quiet and close to all the downtown restaurants and shopping

Everything perfect from spa (jacuzzi was in renovation with the terrasse) to the bedroom. The only downside is that with the prices, breakfast is not include nor the minibar

Great location, friendly staff and convenient rooms for families.

This was my second time staying at the Warwick Le Crystal and it won’t be my last!! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I love that it has valet parking onsite, so no need to worry about downtown Montreal traffic and construction parking restrictions. Its proximity to the Bell Centre is why I have chosen it both times this year, it’s a 5 min walk.

This was a 5-star hotel experience! I would love to stay there again!

I only stay at the Warwick Le Crystal. A fine hotel with great staff. Great location, close to the Bell Center and everywhere I want to be.

I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to pay attention to me while staff just continued their conversation. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked away and came back and said “excuse me” to get them to pay attention to me. Not a great first interaction.

Stayed in the Crystal Suite. It was top notch. Great layout and well appointed. Hotel is in a good location downtown, especially for the Bell Centre and MMFA. Would highly recommend

Clean room, serive was okay

The room was spotless, kitchnett is not, I would call it a wet bar with a couple of plates . No burner, no toaster. The fridge was full of drinks. I had to remove everything out to put my stuff. It was great, Bluetooth on the tv, was able to listen to my phone and able to cast also in ton the tv

Upon arrival there was no parking , we expected to use the valet , there is no option to reserve in advance , we were told there were no spots left and we had to go find parking elsewhere , because of that we were late for our event… very unprofessional , the person at the front desk was of no help at all , quite disappointed in the experience …

Extremely clean and very friendly staff it was amazing

The staff service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The only complaint was about the room we stayed in. Both sinks in the bathroom were extremely clogged, and would overflow with just the water turned on lightly. There was also a giant wet spot on the carpet, next to the bed, and on the side of the bed. It seemed like the last guest spilled a drink, like a smoothie possibly. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

Great location! Very close to Bell's Centre and many other downtown attraction. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was wonderful. Great pool with lifeguard on duty.
