Good budget hotel if you only care about getting a comfy bed to sleep in the city. Value for money, close location to city mall Bourke Street and Chinatown.

If you stay at lower floor and facing a street view outside,. your night become 3 hours left,. need more renovations especially for sound proof for better rest.

strategic location. one straight road to Chinatown, the surrounding area is still safe even though it is crowded until night. Many places to eat, mini markets, and easy to reach the free tram stop. Walking distance to everywhere

Pleasant. Location is great transportation like tram just nearby the hotel. And shopping shop is a lot just go by walking very nice then stuff very friendly. Love to staying in this hotel again when I come back to Melbourne.

Pros: great location, walking distance to popular attractions. Bedroom is true to the pictures. Decent room size of 30sqm. 24/7 front service. Cons: bathroom is cold and no wet/dry area; the whole bathroom gets slippery after a shower. Some debris on the floor and strain on the pillowcase. Kitchen area is quite old and needed of renovation

Fun, spacious rooms, there is a kitchen, easy to find food, everywhere near extend again, easy process.

Great location, free tram stop is just a few steps away. In room facilities and amenities are great, great reception service, you get slightly more than what you've paid for (seeing the location, amenities, room size, laundry facility and the staff service).

Strategic location in cbd melbourne

The staff were friendly and personable which made the stay at the yti garden hotel much more pleasurable and stress free. Also the rooms were kept in good condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we definitely considering yti garden hotel again for our next trip to melbourne!
