No complaints at all. Great hotel, food, amenities and staff

The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.

Staff really friendly, breakfast lots of choice and great quality. We had turn down service which we weren’t expecting but was amazing. Balcony and fridge icing on the cake. View of the sea and the bay stunning from the balcony. Lovely to have breakfast looking out onto the beach one day too 😍

Amazing view of the beach, and with a short walk out of the hotel, you can enjoy a nice walk in the sand or swim in the sea. The hotel and beach are very clean.

Amazing beach view. Lovely to watch the tide come in from our balcony. Staff were brilliant, so attentive and helpful. Nice room; clean, tidy and we loved the turn down service with the little chocolate jersey cows.

Lovely hotel right on the beach and on bus route. Indoor pool a little small but we prefer the beach and walks in the area.

Lovely room overlooking the beach. Could do with more plug sockets though. We had a very nice 2 night stay. Didn’t have the chance to use the pool and Spa facilities. Good choice of breakfast menu options and food quality was good. On one of the two breakfasts we had it took a while to be allocated a table and service at the food area was a little disorganised with people waiting around for food to be replenished. Would probably return.

Excellent stay

This hotel is famous for its seaviews plus very friendly staff.High quality breakfast and evening meals are up there also.

Cracking room over looking the beach , clean n tidy and the maids did an excellent job with room service , the waiters , consierge , receptionists all very nice and very helpful , nothing was too much trouble , breakfast choices were very good my only gripe that the warming try’s were just that , warm I prefere food hot but all very tasty none the less , great place to stay

I have stayed in many 4 star hotels. But the service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The room and the view was great too.

I had a room with sea view and the views are stunning, you can't ask for more. Room and bathroom is spacious, bed very comfortable. You have a nespresso machine and kettle for tea, a little fridge with Jersey milk. Some wear in the room, but nothing major. Everything clean. I was able to check in early which was great. If your room neighbours are noisy, you can hear it. Spa pool area is nice and having the sea views as well. Location is perfect, bus stop at the doorstep. Breakfast is also very good with a big choice and quality. But the terrace wasnt open yet, so the breakfast room is not making the best of the view.
