The eggs and patties didn’t look very appetizing so I didn’t eat them. Never saw eggs so flat????? No hot water at 8:00 am. Other than that amazing room.

There was a group of 8-9 boys unsupervised in the pool. They were blocking the slide and being loud and rowdy. Families left the pool because of these boys. They surrounded my 2 boys chanting something to them and wouldn't let them out, my boys were trying to swim away. I had to get up and yell at them to leave them alone. They threw a ball around and hit us adults in the hot tub 4 times. I complained to the front desk and nothing was done, there was an adult with them he was in the weight room and he was just as bad as the kids and was confrontational to me and followed me out while I tried to leave. I paid for the hotel and wasn't even able to use the pool.

Had a great stay

We stay here every time we come into Strathmore to visit family. It's walking distance to Walmart, and Popeye's restaurant. Close driving distance to any other amenity you need. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is very good and rooms are excellent. Very clean and friendly staff.

I completed the pre-check-in on Friday, but it did not save any time during arrival on Saturday. When we arrived at 3:30 PM, there was a sign at the front desk indicating staff were away, but no return time was provided. Although a phone number was listed, we chose not to call. We waited about 20 minutes before someone returned to assist with check-in. I was surprised there was no staff at the front desk so close to check-in time. Additionally, the pre-check-in process did not seem useful, as I had to fill out all the forms again upon arrival. The room itself was okay. The pool and hot tub appeared well maintained. We did not see staff very often during our stay. The breakfast bar was average, offering typical options like cereal, bread, eggs, sausage, and pre-made pancakes, but no waffle or pancake maker.

We did a last minute booking. Also we had a pet dog and RV. The hotel accommodated all. Had a nice breakfast too. Lovely. Strongly recommend.

Good hotel. Breakfast was similar to other hotels, bad scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes, along with some other items. Needs some updates, like computer chair in room, new towels. Overall acceptable for the price.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The room was well set up for layout. Quiet and easy access in parking lot. Only concern is ( and not a big deal) the guy at the counter wasn’t very informative. Didn’t point out elevator location, breakfast area or times and no mention of the pool.

Hot tub and pool need cleaning.
