The pool was too cold and not clean enough lots of hair in it - other than that not one complaint wonderful stay and great staff

Our stay was great, the rooms were very clean and extremely nice I felt like I was at home, the beds were super comfy, the breakfast was great with lots of options and unlimited coffee! The staff were great and extremely welcoming and kind. We’ll definitely be returning

We stayed at this property for two nights, while on a little staycation with our three little kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, with kitchen, and it was perfect size, clean and well laid out (one room on either side of a living room/kitchen. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants, and only a 12min drive to the children’s museum / the Factory. I called the hotel in advance and they put our requested two cribs in the room for our arrival. The breakfast area downstairs does not have highchairs - just an FYI. The only downside of this hotel was the pool- which was a must for our kids. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in many many months. It had floating debris on top not being picked up by the filter (likely because the filter hadn’t been checked…) there was so much debris sunk to the bottom by the stairs it actually looked a different colour and was disgusting. We did ask them to skim the top, but I’m not sure the staff knew why I was asking. If you’re not planning on using the pool, the hotel was great, in an excellent safe location and very friendly staff.

The room was very clean and the temperature in the room was good. The heater was a bit loud when it turned on but nothing outrageous.

We asked for a crib when we booked and theyre were none available, the phone did not work we let the front staff know and nothing was done also half the lights didnt work.

Room was nice looked just like the photos lovely soaking tub, staff was kind overall experience was very nice
