We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Diamar. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were happy to get a sea-facing room. We found the hotel to be very quiet, which was nice. The staff were very friendly. We didn't pay extra for breakfast or dinner, though the buffet menus looked good — more generally we liked eating at the nearby bars and restaurants, which seemed to be frequented by locals. We liked the location on the water and boardwalk. Overall Arrecife feels less touristy than elsewhere on the island, which we liked too. We had a car, and while we would have been terrified to use the (small) parking garage if it were full, it luckily never was and so there was plenty of room to maneuver. We would recommend staying in Arrecife and in this hotel!

Super location. 15 mins from the airport, 10 min walk to the centre of town and over the road from the beach. Good breakfast and very clean

Except for the closeness to the airport not much to say , however i cannot complain more , it matches the price .

I liked the elevator, the room/balcony, the easiness of entering into the room and inserting your card. One thing I didnt like was the elevator electrics cupboard making noises when operating, its a bit loud especially at night when it's silent, but theres not much you can do about that so its understandable.

Perfect location, clean rooms and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, however the restaurant/cafeteria was closed for the whole length of my stay. I would definitely choose it again.

This is obviously a well used hotel in a really good and quiet location. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable although getting a little tired. For example you had to stand against the wall in the bath to get under the water from the shower. The water in the toilet cistern did not completely shut off and was constantly dripping, no problem during the day but very annoying through the night.

Great all you need hotel, nice staff, views, location and food. Recommend!

Friendly staff in the evening shift. We were able to leave our bags before and after check-out. The front desk organised taxis for us and provided a map. We chose this hotel as its near to the bus station and its also by the beach. The cleanliness was superb. I wiped the room with my own cleaning wipes and there was no dust at all. The housekeeping do a very thorough clean between guests.

Als 4 Sterne Hotel unakzeptabel. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im ersten Stock für 3 Personen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, Gäste gingen ein und aus und unterhielten sich lautstark. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Auch kamen Gäste noch gegen 1.30 Uhr und zwar direkt über unserem Zimmer. Eine Beschwerde brachte keine Änderung, es wurde angeregt die Fenster zu schließen! Die Air-Condition in Hause war angeblich auf 20 Grad gestellt, bei uns waren es über 25 Grad! Nach wenigen Minuten war Ruhe versprochen, was leider nicht zu traf.s ging noch lange laut weiter. Eine Entschädigung erfolgte nicht, obwohl wir morgens befragt wurden ,ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Das Hotel ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen und befindet sich direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Personal gab es kaum, man war aber um Freundlichkeit bemüht, was uns auch nicht weiter half.
