Although a bit out of the city centre, easy to get to via tram or train. Went during the Rugby World cup so a great choice for location

The hotel was a lovely hotel for it's star rating. The reception staff were very friendly helpful and informative and spoke english for the non francophones. As the rugby world cup was on the weekend I stayed there the staff were super informative to all visiting fans regarding transportation to the city centre and around the city. I would stay there again

Clean hotel and spacious room but decor was very dated. Could be improved with a neutral colour in all the rooms/bathrooms.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They force you to leave the premises during certain hours each weekend and we had a maid enter our room and damage our belongings, even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. I would not stay at this location even for free. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is fairly close to the Bellevue tram station. Other than that, stay away at all costs!

The hotel asks the guests to get out of the hotel for an hour on Saturday and 4 hrs on Sunday for cleaning which is ridiculous, why not clean at night or whenever we leave. Room service end at 11:00am so if u overslept because of a late night party there will be no room service for you. Elevator is really small and hardly fit our luggage. You have to leave the very heavy room key every time you step out of the hotel. Stay away i am sure there better places to stay

The hotel is clean and tidy and is quite close to local amenities. The bed was comfortable, but for the price, it was disappointing that the breakfast was not included. It was also annoying that you were only told about local charges after you had booked in.

Not in centre of town but not a problem as a Tram stop very nearby.. Staff helpful if not always around. Parking secure once you find it but arrive at a busy time and it's easy to keep driving past. Stop before the hotel to make sure as once gone past you have to navigate the one way system again! Hotel was fine, nothing grand but good value, however we found St Etienne to be uninspiring or perhaps we were unlucky!

Hotel on the edge of St Etienne, but tram station is minutes away so convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds Good parking facilities, so car safe at night. Able to provide another room at short notice

This hotel was clean and well kept, rooms were average in size and comfortable. We had a triple room booked to find this was a double with a sofa bed, so had to book a second room as we were 3 males traveling together. They did make us pay a discounted rate for the 2nd room, despite the booking having been for 1 triple room which was disappointing. Hotel was close(ish) to the centre of town.

Arrived very late after a stressful journey and were given every help with booking a dinner, ordering the taxi and making sure we had what we needed. A bit out of the town but we didn't get much chance to explore, has secure parking though.

Bon séjour On nous a bien conseillé pour sortir dîner.

Einfaches Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht ok, gute Parkmöglichkeit und dicht an der Autobahn, Pizzaria gleich ums Eck, man muss Preis und Leistung gemeinsam betrachten dann ist es ok.

Assez de choix pour un pdj mais avec produits frais et non surgelé ça serait mieux. Poussière des chambres à revoir, et la déco horrible (très vieillot pour un hôtel 3 🌟) Confort du lit pas fameux et oreillers à revoir
