The room was immaculate and check in seamless.

We loved our stay! Such an easy check in with a friendly person, our beach front room was beautiful with the opportunity to take our chairs out onto the grass in the sun to watch the tide come in from an endless beach, dinner in the restaurant was so delicious…it was prime rib night! And then a very comfortable bed and totally quiet thro the night. It was perfect….we will be back!

Wonderful location and stay. Then only complaint I have is that the bathtub was way to deep to climb into at the age of 78. No bath or shower for the last 2 nights. But definitely would stay again. The meals were amazing. My compliments to the chef.

Loud AC unit made sleeping difficult Arrived at 845pm and restaurant wasn’t taking any more customers plus they closed at 9pm with limited to no options to dine nearby then restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast

Our stay was great overall. The property was beautiful, and we enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized we had left behind a few very important items belonging to our child. Since then, we have tried reaching the hotel through multiple channels, including Expedia, direct email, the contact form on the website, Instagram, and phone calls, but have not received any response. We completely understand that items may not always be found, but we would greatly appreciate any communication or update. The lack of response has been disappointing. We hope someone from the hotel team will reach out.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The onsite restaurants were very good. We enjoyed the water front location and walking trail by the water. The underground parking was great. We would revisit in the future.

Beautiful and spacious room with ocean view, full kitchen, patio. Amazing to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Definitely will come back and bring the kids next time!

Amazing view. Perfect for our family of 4!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Club. It has direct access to beach you can walk far when it is low tide, restaurant has great food, and room has kitchenette very useful for families with kids. However, do note parking can get full fast and may have to park across, and swimming pool water is cold. Definitely looking forward to stay again for our summer trip!

Great place to visit.

A great hotel . We had a one bedroom suite. Thou it wasn't an ocean view. we were high enough (6 floor) to see the ocean (cruise ship went by) and the mountains. It's right on the beach and a close walk to town . It's the best place to stay in parksville (my opinion )

Room was exceptionally clean. If you like to bring food to your room there are no microwaves. There is a mini fridge and kitchenette. It’s not a high end room. But nice just the same. It was a very nice place to stay. If you are on bottom floor you can access the boardwalk and ocean right off your patio.

It was ok. I was'nt "blown away"; However, the resturant was pretty good. The rooms were clean, a bit dated and spartan, but ok. Balcony is a good size, this is a plus. Gym was decent, grounds were good. I would'nt say I won't ever come back, but it's not compelling me to go out of my way to.

Such a gorgeous spot with spacious suites. The views were incredible!!! So glad we upgraded to the larger suite. We never wanted to leave! It had everything we needed and more. Beach was lovely to walk and the restaurant was fabulous. We had dinner and room service breakfast. One of the better stays we have had in a long time. Clean, great staff, great location. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely location on the water with outstanding views. The property is well managed and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is very good. We have stayed here several times.

What a fantastic place to stay! The room was beautiful and the view was amazing! We didn't use the amenities, but still enjoyed every moment. We stayed for two nights and would happily have stayed longer.
