Great location. It’s walkable very close to shopping and dining. Nice rooms. Just be informed there is no elevator. Reception staff and hou selling are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well situated. Although it's a little bit dated, we still had a comfortable stay there. The restaurant at the property is amazing. We sat down there and ate for several hours because it was raining outside. The price is excellent.

Amazing unobstracted view of the mountains and great location just 10min away from centre. As for the hotel it would really need a makeover, it is very dated. But the most disappointed moment was when we arrived with 2 luggages each and the receptionest informed us that our rooms where on the 3rd floor and with a smile she told us that the hotel does not have left. So it was a struggle for 6 ladies to take our belongings 3 floors up. As for the restaurant we where on room only so can not comment.

I was with a group of 40 hillwalkers with my club, and stayed for 7 nights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, obliging and helpful, and everything was made very easy for us. The food in the restaurant was fabulous - I would highly recommend it. The park setting and the location beside the city centre were ideal and it was great value. Overall, this was the best accommodation that our club has ever had in any of our trips abroad

I loved the place. It was nicely located, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and a great experience.

The hotel is quite good, with a wonderful view of the mountains and very helpful staff. The only drawback is that there is no lift so be prepared because we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.

Staff very nice. Clean. Excellent family room with 2 bathrooms! Beds could do with being updated - only let down. Great location. Close to town and Gubalowka mountain. Play room. Good family hotel (if you're ok not having a luxury bed. Didn't bother me, but would my parents).

It's high days were probably in 1980s... I have a feeling it's time is over and waiting for demolition. Having sad that it was clean and quiet...

The hotel rooms were lovely and the restraunt next door was great, but there was terrible noise every night with drunk people coming back and messing around in the corridors. When it was mentioned to staff were rude and they said just put earplugs in. I think that is terrible customer service and I would never stay here again.

really money saving if you stay in this hotel. Relative close to bus stops and supermarkets. 10 min walk to shopping street. rooms are clean, but not so big.

The hotel was nice enough in a good location. It was just a little dated and the rooms could do with having air conditioning. The staff could also have been a little friendlier.

Super hotel good value for money, rooms were cleaned daily with adequate facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice on attractions and where to catch the local buses great location to access the center of town. If your planning a visit to Zakopane this hotel is well worth a stay.

As other reviews have said, the hotel is a bit tired and dated, but very comfortable; excellent location and great value.
