Very friendly hotel, lovely food in the restaurant and a good choice of drinks at the bar. All the staff, reception, bar, restaurant and room cleaners were exceptional. The hotel is with in a short walk to the beach. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with good amenities.

This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.

The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with a few small requests I had. I found it be peaceful, I was at the rear of the property, and particularly liked the second door into the room, which I'm shielded me from any hallway activity. Pool was lovely, and breakfast excellent. Friday, live music :-)

Lovely comfortable beds and amazing staff, they couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Hotel pool was advertised as heated but was freezing! We braved it anyway as there was a heatwave and it was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and plenty of choice. Only slight snag was a family with 2 dogs staying on our last night, and the dogs barked a lot at night.

Good spacious, clean and comfortable room. Large tv, very comfy bed and decent powerful shower. Food and bar area also top notch, with helpful polite staff. Location also handy for coastal walks.

The hotel is located on a quiet location in a bay on the north of the island. The facilities are very good with a well stocked bar, a good food offering and clean rooms. The point of difference is the excellent front of house staff, all were helpful and friendly and made our stay all the more enjoyable. It might be a good 3 star hotel but it has excellent 5 star staff!

Overall my stay was enjoyable and the staff friendly and helpful. Reception particularly so. Special mention of Karen. I will stay there again.

Yes it did invite pets but I do not want to go to breakfast with them barking. Staff not very helpful or tell about your choice for breakfast and they serve coffee and hot water in flasks which was cold. And all you had was 2 sockets in your room nothing by the bed

TV wasn’t working and the WiFi was very patchy at best. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Would stay again but hopefully the TV and WiFi has improved by then.

The staff are 6 stars! From reception to housekeeping, the bar staff and the waiters and waitresses, they are all absolutely wonderful, polite and friendly. I like the hotel, great location with a lovely beach a two minute walk away. The hotel looked really nice, they made a big effort with the Christmas decorations, very festive. New Year’s Eve in the hotel was excellent too. My only gripe is that I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. The room was nice and in good condition though. One other thing, I paid for two double bedrooms for four people even though there was only two of us, I was still charged for my tiny dog (£165) thought that was a bit mean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms carpets could do with a clean had to change rooms because of quality of the mattress overall stay was good.
